    Thank you for creating this content! I came across your page because I’m on a similar journey and your shorts on what foods do to your glucose level have been immensely helpful. I’ve been employing these techniques for about a month now and have had a similar experience to you with brain fog clearing and energy levels going up. Appreciate your insight very much!

    I have been wearing a CGM since July. Lowered my A1C of 6.7 to 5.5. Using the CGM has been very helpful and enlightening.

    What a beautiful channel. Its really useful and containe a lot of short and meaningful info getting to the point without wasting time.
    Btw, i lost 100 kg (220 lbs) within 1 year just by maintaining my blood sugar under 100 mg/dl even after meal (one meal a day and one snack) the key is just avoid all carbs from high processed foods and completely no white sugar no bread at all except almond flour bread.
    Always keep an eye on nutrition facts label. If you follow those rules you'll be able to exercise and you'll feel energetic and it's another reason helping you for healthy blood sugar and losing weight.
    Again, thank you alot for the great channel.

    Thank you so much for your video it is very insightful informative and beneficial for me who is pre-diabetic and not trying to advance to type 2 diabetic. I don't see the name of the patch that you have on your arm could you tell us where it is and how to get. Is it covered with insurance if you are pre diabetic.

    I thought you had to have a prescription to get a CGM. Is that true?

    • @laurieanncarter8726
      @laurieanncarter8726 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes it is prescription. You can get a prescription from your doctor of course but there are other companies/programs to get a prescription too. I get my cgm from nutrisense. There is also signos that he uses, levels and now centerhealth offers them too. I'm T2 diabetic but because I'm not on any pills or insulin my insurance won't cover the cost of any diabetic supplies.All of my supplies are out of pocket.

    • @MJ-wrty
      @MJ-wrty ปีที่แล้ว

      Lemon is not good for the enamel on teeth because it is acidic. Once in while is ok but compounded over time it is not good.

    I don't know if you covered it, but I read that Ceylon Cinnamon helps control blood sugar. Would you test it? For instance, plain oats w or without Cinnamon. I think you have to use maybe half teaspoon, not just a sprinkle.
