Minotaur is definitely at the top of my list for Power Rangers LC monsters, he's nice a solid and sturdy and I think his weapons are nicely sculpted. Pudgy Pig and Snizzard are up there for me as well, but I do think this one is my favorite of the group of monsters.
This guy makes me think of those large evilized sheep from the Skylanders games. Maybe if I could remember the Power Rangers episode more I'd feel differently, but that was my first thought. Seems like it does lots of things right, and I'd probably like it in person or especially if I found a heck of a deal.
