    I didn't need to guess which country you were going to because based on the pictures early in the video, I knew it was Seychelles because....I have been there 3 times myself (Mahe, Praslin and La Dique - stayed mainly in Praslin and Mahe).
    But Mauritius is also an amazing island country in Africa as well.

      You should now visit the outer islands of the Seychelles. The coral islands. They are totally different from the 42 granitic islands of the inner island group. 😅 They are more like the Maldives but much better.

    I guess the main reason why the Seychelles is not tainted by tourism, like so many other beautiful destinations, is that it retains an exclusivity away from mass tourism simply by being so far to travel for most of us. Also the authorities can regulate the flow of tourists via the airport to match the available accommodation. Even cruises seem to be mainly in small ships.

      Not at all. Seychelles have strong environmental and anti-corruption laws. It's the 1st in Africa on the list of less corrupt country.

    Wow that is a beautiful country. I was amazed at the fact for such a small population they had so many religious sites. The beaches and countryside were gorgeous. I'm afraid it would be a 2 days or more flight for me. I have been to Uganda, and it is a 36 hour total flight from Sacramento, Ca. So, I will have to enjoy vicariously through you. Thank you again. 🥰😎👍👍

    I lived in Seychelles for 2 years. It's climate and scenery is second to none, close to paradise. But...terribly mismanaged and corrupt, don't be fooled. And very expensive to visit, by design...

    • @alberthenriette8976
      @alberthenriette8976 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Stop lying. The Seychelles is number 23 in the world and number 1 in Africa of less corrupt countries. Seychelles is expensive because it's the richest country in Africa per Capita. There's no Cyclones or earthquake in the Seychelles. You surely have a grudge against the Seychelles.🤪

    Love your video but just to correct your comment, first of all seychelles is not in Africa, doesn't connected to a continent.. we are island people and we are based in the middle of the Indian ocean.. we surrounded by the sea not land..

    After seeing part of the granitic islands section of the Seychelles. You should now see the coral islands section of the Seychelles. Its more like the Maldives but with larger islands and immense coral reefs and lagoons. The beaches also are longer. Desroches island have a 14 km beach.😊th-cam.com/video/KSJnHQXuATU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=6AvSWthuphEwONbI

    So you do not know Africa
    Many countries in Africa is not as you mention not only Seychelles is mice and clean with no poverty like Rwanda Cape verde Morocco Tunisia Algeria south Africs Kenya Namibia Gaboun ..etc
    By the way what make Africs poor is western colonization of the past and exploitation of today

    • @fdama
      @fdama 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Parts of Asia was colonised. Look at those Asian countries today. Africa is poor because of Africans. Why are the Arab North Africans, who have less natural resources, more developed and have less poverty than Black Africans? Why is South Africa, decades after apartheid, still the most developed country in AFrica? Because its economy is run by Whites. It's top 10 companies is headed by Whites and some Indians.

      @mohamedassouqi1984 He has a very narrow view of Africa. Seychelles is not indicative of the size and diversity of this great continent. And the "average joe" doesn't even know that Africa is NOT A COUNTRY!

    • @rickkwitkoski1976
      @rickkwitkoski1976 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @mohamedassouqi1984 I've seen a tiny bit of Africa. I lived in Nigeria for two years. I travelled by motorbike throughout Nigeria and to Cameroon, Niger, Benin and Togo. I also flew to Kenya and spent a month there.

    Thanks for showing my beautiful Seychelles. However I find your perception of Africa as ‘extreme poverty and half naked people’ to be quite racist and ignorant! Please educate yourself a bit about this beautiful continent and open your mind a bit more! Safe travels!
