One thing about this video needs more explanation.. Kuwaiti people are excellent excellent drivers and professional.. The thing is because of that they drive fast.. No problems for them at all... The problem is they expect every driver on the road to be professional like them... But put it this way.... We have 3 million foreigners and most of them drive way too slow (under the speed limit) and they make big mistakes while driving.. Like changing lanes suddenly for no reason or blocking an open road by creating a parade of slow old cars... Now combine some one who drives fast and expects no one do mistakes on the road, with someone who drives too slow and do mistakes very often. You wil get accedents.. But when you see statistics you notice that most of the accedents either between foreigners or have a foreigner involved in them. Sorry but this is reality.

#4 is a lie, I rented cars in the lower level, if you can manage traffic in NYC or MIA, driving in KWT is simple. Just the streets are not always in english alphabet but google map works great. The bus are hazzle but you will learn when to dip in or out to get around them or to get to the turn.
This implies that Kuwait was neither wealthy or safe before the Gulf War and that is not true. I lived there in the 1970s. I never felt that I was in danger and it sure as heck was wealthy.
