@@danieltadros3262 Dude! India has dirty places too! Don't you think Kuwait has any? Ever been to Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh in Kuwait?? It's a ghetto as well. India is still a developing country overall. Yes, there is garbage on the streets and there are also streets with no garbage. It matters how many people are walking on that damn road. Also, the administration as well as maintenance staff. You should not eat and drink just anywhere because sanitation is an issue but if you go to managed places like an average or high-end restaurant then it shall not be a problem. What do you think Kuwait has always been like this? Look back when Kuwait had no oil. Its a phase that every country goes through. BTW if you haven't seen dirty places in Kuwait then you haven't seen the whole Kuwait.

I’m from Kuwait and I’ve always wanted to meet people from other countries and hear about their opinions and experiences here in Kuwait. I really enjoyed the video thank you❤️
Mike, I really appreciate your efforts. But let me give you a small hint. Don’t ask new people in Kuwait, because I believe some of them they did not explore Kuwait yet or they did not collect enough information about it. I’m working here in Kuwait since 2011, I almost know the most of places “except the south border”, culture, politics, Law (which is very important) I even can speak a fair good Kuwait accents. And it’s safe to say that Kuwait one of my favorite countries (close to my heart). Replying to the people whom said that no concerts and not too much activities, I advice to search more about the different activities and touristic places here in Kuwait. Even if it’s little but still have. For summer activity yes we do gathering and going to beach “khiran” with a group of different nationalities. Conclusion Every country has advantages and disadvantages. And you have to get your information from a valid source. Regards, Ahmed
I really like the fact that us, lebanese people even when we’re living abroad we always talk nicely about lebanon and convince others to visit our lovely country🇱🇧❤️. P.S: All the love to kuwait❤️
I've visited Lebanon in 2018 enjoyed it very much ,very fair and hospitable people and a very diverse and beautiful country ,I loved saida, the bekka Valley, Beirut the mountains and of course Lebanon is home to one of the world's great cuisines !!
Your videos bring back some Nostalgia. I was born in Kuwait and lived their until I was 12. Expats and locals got along because they wanted to. One thing I miss is the sense of community here. I wish it was like this in the States these days. Thank you for your videos.
Nice to see Arabic country still conservative and keeping it's traditions at same time having that big number of foreigners .. Greetings to Kuwait from Egypt
@Rxx x conservative and we are proud.. Let the alcohol and sex with strangers to someone else if that is the freedom we don't want that sick , that's not freedom that's far away from being civilized
@Rxx x Man , I told you from the beginning if you aren't Arab then you will never understand , save your questions for yourself . Don't you feel that's non of your business !!
@Rxx x That just become so boring .. Look to end up that .. Our religion is much more valuable than what you name it freedom and we will keep its tradition until the last day of our life and we won't let it be forgotten like other religions totally forgotten and their people now don't know what's wrong , what's right .. So anything you will say after that is nonsense, fool and impertinent and I don't care it , don't waste my time plz
@Rxx x What is the benefit of freedom to become a society suffering from the deterioration of values and ethics .. Marital infidelity Unknown relationships The descent of children .. Drug addiction and diseases .. Ignorance, poverty and disintegration .. We are happy with our commitment in our customs and traditions of our religion and rejoice in the cohesion of our society .. Let us freedom to choice :)
A lot of people say that life in Kuwait isn’t really fun and there isn’t much to do but I disagree. In Kuwait the fun isn’t ready for you, you need to make your own fun. There are many big museums you can visit that talk about our culture and other cultures as well as science and art. For example: bait Al Othman museums or sheikh Abdullah Alsalem cultural center there are also big malls like the Avenues Mall which is actually really fun for people who like shopping, which is a big minority in Kuwait. There is also souq almubarakiya which is an old souq from a long time which you can still go to and buy stuff like fresh fruits, spices, clothes, carpets and random stuff for really good prices. Around the borders of Kuwait we have a lot of farms with animals and fresh fruits and vegetables which is something worth spending the day in. There are also many things like the Kuwait bowling club, the Kuwait shooting club, the Kuwait skating club and many more. There are shalets you can rent from 1 day to 1 week or go desert camping! It’s nothing like normal camping, it’s way better and more interesting, sometimes it’s considered glamping from how high tech it is. Kuwait is pretty hot I. The summer, perfect for a sun tan! And there are beaches in Kuwait that are beautiful too. Then there are landmarks like Kuwait towers, the water towers and a lot more! These are just some of the stuff you can do and that are ready for you to do People need to make there own fun and not rely on everyone to make it for them. For example: take lunch outside have a picnic with your family. Go to the mall with your friends, ORDER FOOD. Food in Kuwait is delicious! Either if it is traditional Kuwaiti food or from other countries, it is always delicious! Also in Kuwait, being alone with no family members or friends around you makes things boring, as most of the activities are made for groups. During things like Eid Al fitr or Eid Al adha or Ramadan or winter break, new year summer holiday Kuwait national and liberation day, there are always special events and festivals SO IV YOU DIDN’T READ ALL OF THAT BECAUSE I RANT A LOT, SUMMARY: MAKE YOUR OWN FUN IN KUWAIT, DON’T WAIT FOR THE FUN TO COME TO YOU. That’s the problem with our generation, we are too lazy we need everything to come to us and we won’t do anything to make our own fun.
Whaaat???? They have one of the highest currencies in the worl. Shit is likely hella expensive there unless you are rich. I would make more there than the US
As Kuwaiti, it saddens me to see all of the foreign people so eager to leave Kuwait ASAP. It's so sad and true about not having anything else to do beside parks and beach. Smh..
Have you asked yourself why expats want to leave? What does Kuwait really do to integrate expats into their society? Almost zero. Most Kuwaitis are happy to show their influence and wasta to an expat, infact they take pride in this. They take and show advantage of knowing Arabic in front of Non-Arabs. Indians are looked down upon as drivers and maids, Egyptians are hated by most Kuwaitis for several reasons - these 2 populations are a third of Kuwait's population. The general notion of 'Ana Kuwaiti Inta Ajnabi' is a huge cultural problem in Kuwait
@@sachin265 Well, that's kind of true. Being Kuwaiti and living in your own country surely gives you privileges over the expats. However, treating them like shit isn't justified. I don't know what's happening to Kuwait, but we ain't advancing in neither cultural nor technological. It scares me.
@@Tengokuq Well if a Kuwaiti goes to India or Egypt or Germany he will be allowed to open his own business, to buy land and will be given full support to start and grow his/her business. In due course of time he/she will surely flourish by hiring local population that will remain loyal to the Kuwaiti owner as they eat from this plate. The same isnt true for Kuwait, by a long shot.
I love this video, very insightful! I’m almost at the end of a PGCE and have been thinking about applying for a job at an International school. You’ve given me a lot to consider.
I used to love ice skating in Kuwait, loved camping in the desert days at the beach and many other things. It all depends what you want from life and what's important. Alcohol and nightlife are not that important in the grand scheme of things.
i really apreciate this video cause i am kuwaiti and i've never heard anyone give opinoins about kuwait yes there is thing that not good about this country but mostly its a safe place for everyone we welcome anyone that comes here people are so sweet i just wanted to thankyou for doing this and for even being a teacher to teach the kids
From Kenya which I've been experienced many things especially at that time I worked at mubarakia market.. indeed kuwait is a good country with good people very kindness ,they wasn't do any harassment to workers., always they treated people well since I came it's almost three years upto now, I've never been treated bad with any people of Kuwait.. good country with good people..

Because they probably wouldn't participate in the video for fear of what would happen to them if they were seen telling the truth. The host doesn't want to show that either.
jordan holmes what about kuwait before the oil, get your facts straight, no indians or filipones run this country, you came here looking for work and you got work, and saying that all foreigners get treated like trash is wrong as only a small minority but still its wrong to treat them like trash
I Don't Think Indians and Filipinos Ran Over Kuwait Plus, These types of People are Only Looking For Jobs in Different Countries Like Kuwait. I was Bored/Live in Kuwait But Both of My Parents are Filipinos and They Don't Treat People Like Trash in Kuwait Only in SOME Other Arab countries for Filipinos and You Question a Wrong Fact

Hi im from Philippines ..im working here as a domestic helper .. for me .. i hate the heat... i like the city here .. im expecting to much for the winter .. but .. its just the Same in the Philippines when its rainy. 😊the cold i mean!
Trust me, a lot of the Kuwaitis hate the discrimination, too. And the disregard for the environment. And the entitlement that some people have. There are a lot of negative things about the country that we would like nothing more than to get rid of. But it requires a united effort to fix it, and the ones responsible for it refuse to see that it's wrong and actively resist change because change is inconvenient.
Man you’re doing great to make this vlog. It’s so nice to get to know opinions from individuals perspective especially from different nationalities. Keep it up man👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I’ve been asked by an American where’s the night clubs? I laughed and told him we don’t have that here. Which I appreciated btw. Kuwait is the only country along with Saudi Arabia that don’t. Yes there are illegal ones that can be found here and there. Still, raising your family here is very safe. Particularly if you’re a Muslim.
Kuwait is a financially rich country, and what I respect in it is that he used his wealth to develop his country and people, unlike the oil-producing countries of the Maghreb arab that killed their people through poverty.
I was born in Kuwait, and I travel to many countries for safety. I turned away from education and respect. Kuwait is the most beautiful country for me because it is respectable, in addition to its necessity, and its people are very rich. They own islands around the world. Tourist projects in Kuwait are classified as the most beautiful tourist country, thank you🇰🇼❤️🌹
Grew up in Kuwait in late 70's. Interesting to see changes. New English School? American School? French School? Any other alumni out there? I did not hang much with local kids, but played soccer with some (mostly Iraqi). I remember them being generous with my lack of skill. They put me in the goal because I was big, and they thought I could reach the corners. One day they told me they had to go to the army. That meant the Iran-Iraq war. They were only a bit older than me (maybe 15). I did not see them again.

I like to say that kuwait is safe, and I think it is
You often hear about crazy stuff in news and all of that, but you have to think of the CHANCES of that happening and it’s very low, my father works in the embassy and he has this notion of “Life is not safe, to be safe stay home”, yes I know he’s living a negative life

Either way imo, kuwait is safe, stable and nice place. & no taxes

Also you’ll hear about people being mean to expats (which is untrue), if you mistreat someone they’ll mistreat you.
Only thing I hate here is, driving is hectic lmao

Daniel Tadros sure, idiots shall stay away from India. You are a failure to see good side of a destination. We don’t want you.

Hello friend❤
Mike,
I really appreciate your efforts.
Conclusion
Every country has advantages and disadvantages. And you have to get your information from a valid source.
Regards,
Ahmed

Nice to see Arabic country still conservative and keeping it's traditions at same time having that big number of foreigners ..
Greetings to Kuwait from Egypt
@Rxx x if you are arab you will understand by yourself , if you are not so enjoy freedom in your own country
@Rxx x conservative and we are proud.. Let the alcohol and sex with strangers to someone else if that is the freedom we don't want that sick , that's not freedom that's far away from being civilized
@Rxx x
Man , I told you from the beginning if you aren't Arab then you will never understand , save your questions for yourself .
Don't you feel that's non of your business !!
@Rxx x
That just become so boring ..

These are just some of the stuff you can do and that are ready for you to do
People need to make there own fun and not rely on everyone to make it for them.
During things like Eid Al fitr or Eid Al adha or Ramadan or winter break, new year summer holiday Kuwait national and liberation day, there are always special events and festivals
SO IV YOU DIDN’T READ ALL OF THAT BECAUSE I RANT A LOT, SUMMARY:
MAKE YOUR OWN FUN IN KUWAIT, DON’T WAIT FOR THE FUN TO COME TO YOU. That’s the problem with our generation, we are too lazy we need everything to come to us and we won’t do anything to make our own fun.

As Kuwaiti, it saddens me to see all of the foreign people so eager to leave Kuwait ASAP. It's so sad and true about not having anything else to do beside parks and beach. Smh..
Tengoku actually there are a lot of things to do in kuwait but “those things” aren’t well advertised, unfortunately
You should be sad about how badly they treat domestic workers.its disgusting.

I love Kuwait... but it Sad that sometimes Discrimination is More especially to us Asian...
