  • Hello everyone! As most of you know I healed myself from a debilitating auto immune disease: Ulcerative Colitis, by going plant based, and also following the Medical Medium Lifestyle and omitting foods that feed the viruses attacking our bodies. Corn, and gluten even though they are Plant-based and vegan FEED viruses, so I was looking for an alternative tortilla wrap that was pliable that I can use for my homemade tacos, and burritos, or just on the side of my meals. I came up with these savory wraps, and had to share them because everyone thats tried them LOVED them. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. :)

      Pukka Renee thank you! Im super aware of all the alkaline herbs, I ate 100% from dr sebis list for the first period of my journey.. until I realized I was missing out on some amazing healing vegggies and fruits! But thats why I made the spices optional. They taste great with just a bit of sea salt. 😊

    • @Plantexclusives

      You can try adding what ever you like, but im not sure how this would change the texture, length of cooking time, or if it would make the consistency of the batter change. :)

      Aww Thank youu!! So these are too soft and pliable to use as a crust, but I just made a grain free pizza crust made with potatoes, coconut flour and arrowroot starch.. it mimics the taste of real crust so much! Check that one out for a crust, otherwise.. a good base for a simple crust also could he like a garbanzo bean flour crust with a binder. I hope that helps!

    • @Plantexclusives
      @Plantexclusives  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Of course, for me, they last around 4 - 5 days in the fridge, but you can freeze them as well. They never last that long for me, because I end up eating them LOL but I know people that have froze them and said that they still had great results!

    Hi..hope you share more on eczema friendly recipe too..LOL

    • @Plantexclusives
      @Plantexclusives  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Im going to get back on the recipes, but all of them are eczema friendly. It just depends on how deep you want to go as far as cleansing. For example lowering your radical fats (oils, avocados, nuts) out of recipes is one. I also never use foods that would feed viruses that aggravate eczema or TSW.

    Traditional tortilla IS gluten free, always has been.

    • @Plantexclusives
      @Plantexclusives  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When did anyNobody said they werent ? 😆. Unfortunately corn is extremely inflammatory due to being gmo and heavily sprayed with pesticides with dangerous heavy metals. Believe me.. the love I have for corn tortillas is unmatched, Im half Mexican and grew up on them, but its not worth it for my health.
