The Refugium At Corn Creek

Another attraction at the Desert National Wildlife Refuge at Corn Creek, Nevada is the Parhump Poolfish refugium. Just down the trail from the railroad tie cabin you arrive at the refugium. It is a safe haven for the protection of this endangered species, and provides a source to propagate sufficient numbers to maintain their numbers.
