Godzilla Lives In Shinjuku
There is a place in Shinjuku, Japan where people run towards, rather than away from this iconic monster. A short walk from the Shinjuku Station will reveal the head of Gaodzilla poised on top of the TOHO building terrace. Along the way are many shops, places to eat, and lots of curious tourists.

Innovative designs by outstanding architects have led to these special restrooms becoming tourist attractions as well as functioning toilets. Spread throughout Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan, the 17 facilities serve as examples of excellence in public restrooms that few if any can match anywhere else in the world. Yoyogi Park in Shibuya, Tokyo Japan has much more to offer than just providing a tranquil setting for jogging, picnics, and quiet contemplation. It has an almost hidden history, dating back to 1909 of being a military parade ground, the site of the post war military housing annex (Washington Heights), and it gave birth to Japanese aviation.
Pine Tree of Imperial Troop Review

In some small towns along the Mid-Atlantic coast there are signs stating that "George Washington slept here." The proud citizens state that Washington had to move from place to place to oversee troop movements, and at least one night slumbered in their little hamlet. Well, one of the monuments at Yoyogi Park is a Japanese Black Pine Tree that reportedly served as a place for the Emperor and arm...

One of the historical entities to be found at Yoyogi Park in Shibuya, Japan is this black pine tree. This tree is believed to mark the area where Japanese emperors and military officers observed the army troops passing in review during a parade. If proven to be true, then this tree survived the bombings of WW II and the construction and destruction of Washington Heights, the military housing co...

Yoyogi Park in Shibuya, Tokyo Japan is known for being a wonderful place to relax, and get away from the frenetic pace of life in the city. Joggers and bicyclists silently pass by. The blue tarps of picnics are spread here and there on the grassy areas. the fountains fill the air with a cooling mist in the hot summer months. But, underlying this tranquil setting are relics of its past. One such...

Let's take a walk through a quiet neighborhood in Japan. Tourists naturally frantically run from one attraction to another, like Skytree, Tokyo Tower, and temples, unaware of the quiet neighborhoods where the Japanese people live and work. In this video I walk through a residential area to the FamilyMart. FamilyMart, like the Lawson and Seven-Eleven stores serve as local grocery or convenience ...

Good introduction. Should have asked me for b-roll pics and video. I have plenty!
Mother Mary please keep our family in good health ❤. Amen
Excellent tribute to mary, thanku who ever produced this..

I think travelling with a "theme" in mind is the best way to see any country. The only suggestion I would have made was avoid the Skytree. There's so much more to do there on the ground.
I sincerely thank you for your insightful comments. As to Skytree, when you return home and talk with others who have been to Japan, they make you feel badly for not visiting Skytree.
Great video!!!!!
Thanks! Happy NewYear.

Very interesting! I had never heard how Japan’s heavier than air program began.
All of the idiots that fly drones, thank you very mych…for the notice. (( like we don’t know how to read, and just as a FYI ( for you idiot ) We fly because we have the right to do it and we or most of us obey all the laws and “restrictions” when WE fly.
She likes your jeep.
Never heard of doing this. I come from the old "jeep wave" days. Thanks for the comment.
I Googled it and here’s what I found. People put toy ducks on Jeeps as a friendly gesture called "Jeep Ducking" to spread kindness and make other Jeep owners smile. The tradition began in 2020 when Allison Parliament, a woman from Ontario, Canada, left a rubber duck on another Jeep with a note that said "Have a Great Day". The practice has since spread throughout the Jeep community in the United States and other countries.
Thank you for the explanation. Without a note, I just saw soeone messing with my car. There is so much crime and hate out there that I am always on the defensive....situational awareness. I may just take this video down.
This is a wonderful vehicle you don't have to worry about weather conditions if you have this Trooper. I have 1994 Isuzu trooper though i did engine swap and fitted 4jg2 and still doing great . This is a very good four wheel drive
Thanks for the comment. Now I have and ABS warning light on the dash, and having trouble finding parts. The 1993 only has rear wheel ABS. One thing after another. Have 4 months to resolve the issue or it will not pass inspection.
🙏🙏🙏

Debbie and I watched this together. Very interesting. Debbie hasn’t been to Japan and found the views of the store shelves especially fascinating!
the video is a little boring, but I wanted to show what a typical neighborhood is like outside of city center.

I have been planning to visit lourdz a long time but cudnt avail. Maybe in Gods perfect time
I am just back from lourdes, after confession I immediately went to the grotto and thanked our lady for my return visit ,as I had been before, here is my miracle that happened to me ,I went to the baths and I was unaware that due to covid such was the demand for the baths one had to make an appointment to use them , as I was only on a short trip I was gutted, when this was explained to me I was told to step aside and wait as someone would come and give me an appointment. It was absolutely manic with people , here's the strange bit a man approached me and asked was I waiting to get acess ?I said no I was to get an appointment He said follow me and brought me right in and handed me over to another gentleman The next was I am having the bath done , I will never forget the experience or how this happened or why I was brought right in pass waiting hundreds I'm still baffled , did our lady intervine for me .....I think so .
Thank you for sharing this wonderful experience. Many will benefit from your input. Some have asked if the baths had returned. Now we know.
Not being baptized, we went there in '85 at DW's insistence. Crossed myself with the water, read a small sign about cleansing your soul, and began to cry. A few days later, in a crowd near Genoa, "coincidentally" received Saint John Paul II's apostolic blessing. Was in RCIA the next year. Since then, 4 cancers and 3 relapses, and a stem cell transplant. Saint Bernadette, the saint of bodily illness. I tear up when I see photos of her.
Immaculate Conception please pray for us. Amen
I wish I could of taken my beautiful horse to get heal. I know animals can get heal too. He is pass away and wish I had taken him there. 😢

No transmission issues over that time? I heard the automatics had their fair share of problems, but I don't recall my parents having any issues with the '94 S we had. I still have that safety VHS Isuzu mailed to us. A '93 S popped up for sale a couple states over from us, I'm tempted to persue it.
No transmission issues, just the ABS system. Still looking for parts. Thanks for your comments. If you do look at the '93, make sure your repair shop can find or make parts,
Friends & I were at Red Rock National Park in fall of 1997 while we were visiting Las Vegas. It was an interesting drive as I recall, on the one-way road thru the park. Once one starts, NO turning back if the driver changes their mind! We didn't have time to leave our vehicle and explore the trails & would have needed Protective gear for the heat that happens in those narrow canyons & plenty of water for drinking & cooling off. Being from New England, we did Not know the conditions/dangers that these desert areas can produce! Glad we stayed in the vehicle & on the roadway! At the end of our drive, we did see the burros we'd seen signs about.
Was ich sehe im Leben, ist nicht sehr schön, Geldgier, Macht und Kriege .....Da ist es bei mir inzwischen unmöglich, daran wie Lourdes zu glauben... 😢😢😢

Looking good! Are you going to post a video of your ride?
Please. He was crazy. But also a man of his time.
Why is he always wearing those boots?
He develops develops "paddock" sores on his pasterns. Thes are open sores that develop from lying down on rough surfaces. When they first started he had open wounds that would come and go and occasionally get infected. Since using the stall boots, have not had any open wounds for years now. They provide a soft inner cushion.
His stance in front is strange. As if he's extremely uncomfortable or in pain. Hope he's all right.
As I stated before, he has straight pastern joints and this causes arthritis and some coffin bone pressure with age. At one point he did have pain, but there is marked improvement with special shoeing that allows him to take the pressure of the sensitive area so that he does not limp, and when turnd out in the arena he runs and bucks as if there was no problem If he over does activity the vet recommended equioxx as needed, but I only use it sparingly. He did well on the short ride today. Thanks for your concern. You must be a good person.
Bunda Maria doakanlah keluarga kecilku🙏❤️
Just did this trip Sept 2024 and feel the extra expense was well worth the cost. Experienced the other cars before, and the chairs in this car are awesome.
I am genuinely pleased that you had a great time, and I agree that the chairs were very comfortable. But I spent most of my time on the rear platform for unobstructed views and taking videos.

Have you investigated simply disabling the ABS? You are currently driving it now, in the current state, are you not? Go over to the Isuzu forum Planet Isuzu and, maybe, find more answers to your questions and issues. She is a beautiful aubergine color and it would be great if you kept her running.
Hello, and thanks for your suggestions. I will definitely follow through. And yes, I still drive it, but only to keep the engine and transmission lubricated. The mechanic said that the ABS is extra safety measure and that the regular brakes work fine...which they do. Thanks again.
i dunno if its a lost for isuzu or a lost for the american consumers!
i have a pickup version of this model 2003 model. these engines are just so reliable! i still use it as a daily driver for work in construction and its becoming a legend when it goes around town..i basically dont need a plate anymore since the locals already know the car
Absolute nonsense. You have to be incredibly gullible to believe will heal you.
Did you read the quote by Thomas Aquinas near the end of the video? It is written that you must walk by faitn and not by sight. The fact that you are able to make a comment shows that you are blessed. May the good Lord continue to bless and keep you.
I did a search online for those parts and found a few. I tried to include the links but then the comment wouldn't post. I'll see if I can find the name of those companies. -zee
Thank you for trying. If I find the parts, then the TROOPER will survive. As I said in the video, ebay and some of the established parts compnies had parts but did not guarantee fit for for the 1993. I would imagine that the same parts were used in other years as well. Again, appreciate your efforts.

I am in Lourdes now on my 9th visit, I never actually thought I would go once never mind 9 times. My sister and I used to watch the Film The Song Of Bernadette with our Mother when we were younger. Never forgotten it since. I have health issues but I have never had any relief from them in all the times I have been to Lourdes as I don't expect it to happen to me.
Blessed Mother Mary please heal me and my siblings and wipe out our tears.....

The best theory I’ve heard so far about how became forgotten begins with the missing lifter and carrier block. With those missing, making it capable of only being used as a single shot, leads me to believe some kids father let him use it. Single shots are much safer in the hands of inexperienced shooters. Well, kids being kids, he or she became distracted by something interesting like chasing lizards and simply forgot where they left it. It’s quite possible the child was hunting as well and bagged a deer but after dressing and packing out the animal couldn’t remember where the rifle was. At any rate, those rifles were not cheap and I’m sure the kid had a lot of extra chores to do for quite some time! This is the most fascinating part of the rifles find… Speculating on how it became forgotten. Thanks for the video!
Your Trooper has served you well… time to look for a replacement!
I just needed your blessing. Thanks!
