I simply love the scene of just flashing imagery of the void, the war, the sun disk. God that was so well done and makes you want to comb through this trailer for every little lore nugget you can find.
What i really like about the teaser is that just like Varus's teaser it like shows us what her inner world of sorts is like and also how people react to well meeting them as they basically fight for control. It was neat that the wolf went to grab the blade then hesitated before running away and then eventually chose to just accept it's fate and then got consumed.
3:12 the sound when Naafiri sees herself in the mirror of her weapon 🔪, is the same when Spirit Blossom Yone, in his cinematic, realises that he wasn't alone, and he got a Azakana at his side, it's the same vibe, as she founds out in her new body, that she was not only on vessel, but a pack of them... It's disturbing and I love it!!!! Btw FINALLY we got our monster champion and she is DOPE!!! You can also see a lot of common things in this cinematic, with the Varus cinematic, when they grab the weapon, their are transportes to a mental realm, where it starts to get corrupted, and you can see all of those hands, as they represent the fallen from the Icathia war and the Darkin war, this makes me think 🤔 was the remorse of those fallen souls one of the reasons to the corruption of the Darkin?

She's the first Darkin champion we got in 6 years and she's the closest to Icathia out of all the Darkin. so it would be cool if they finally explained that. (I know the popular theory is that Bel'veth is calling them from the void rift in Icathia. but this theory has a lot of inconsistencies and it wouldnt really make sense for Bel'veth to do this)
I thought the reason they were being called to icathia was either because Aatrox calling them to enter oblivion (he fights Ryze, Kayle and eventually biblically accurate Xolaani) or by Xolaani herself via haemomancy
By Mysha's own estimation, the Darkin are now capable of resisting the Chalcicar, maybe even to the point of immunity. But the devouring the Sun motif is interesting. If true, that implies that she herself may have been Lunari in life. Possible since the Shuriman empire stretched far and wide. Based on the hand struggling to get out, I think it unlikely that she was allied with Mysha.

Not sure if you’ve tapped into Legends of Runeterra- the card game, but the fleshy tendrils isn’t actually from the Void- it’s another Darkin that goes by the name of Xolaani (not sure if I spelt that right), who used blood magic to subjugate many of the Darkin to her will, and is a most hated enemy to Aatrox- who used him and the others before they briefly broke free and were sealed into weapons. The only solid bits about Xolaani I can somewhat confirm is that 1) Master Yi knew of and maintained this weapon being sealed, and 2) an aspiring apprentice of his became the unfortunate host for her assimilation.
I did not linked the Fenrir's descendants mythology at all when I watched the teaser, but I'm glad you did. Sköll and Häti (the wolves chasing the sun and moon in nordic mythology and devourers of them in Ragnarok)... the emblem you were talking about perhaps speaks of a (and this is a long shot I'm thinking. Could be proven wrong in the future) bigger connection with Targon. Yes, we know there was targonian influence in Shurima, but would this mean that shurimans fought for their independence as well?

I think it was a combination of PTSD, void corruption, the loss of Azir so they became aimless and finally the atrocities of Xolaani
