I think the "remember who helped you" line is more about her W and its revive effect than Urgot, although honestly I wouldn't be surprised if she had a hand in Urgot's fate as well
Or Orianna's. That big gas leak sounds like the one that poisoned her, and it sounds like Renata probably caused that deliberately for publicity.
I always believed that this event (that is also central in Viktor and Jayce story, and then of Ekko when discover his hexcrystal on the ruins of the lab) was caused by Singed who was experimenting with the gas for Noxus.
But the Renata's bio makes clear that this event was "used" by Renata to appear a philanthropist. If it was an accident, they would not be so ready "to help for free" zaunite people.

This is the first time in probably years I feel like Riot nailed the looks, gameplay and the lore of a champion.
i dont know about gameplay though, jsut reading the w makes her toxic.
Vex was pretty solid all around, but yeah, Renata is their best in years
That's right! I kinda forgot about Vex. The only thing I would remove from Renata is her "revive". I'd assume her W will have long cooldowns, since the buff she gives can refresh on takedowns, but other than that, she looks solid.

I think the Line "Remember who helped you in your our of need" was Directed at Samira, since she saved her with her W Revive, BUT it could still be her quote when assisting in killing Urgot.
She should still have a quote towards Urgot since their motives somewhat align themselves, Dank Reaction btw :3
Finally we get a champion for the longest time that has:
- A set of abilities that make the game a balancing nightmare in a FUN way
- A unique character design that strongly appeals to a more niche yet vocal design philosophy
- Lore that doesn't retcon the franchise history and is vague enough to be revised and expanded for future use

This is the most hyped I've been in YEARS for a champ release. Now I want a story where Renata Glasc effortlessly whoops Zeri. How dare she think she can topple our capitalist queen's empire with nothing but her trash gun?

I want a story where she mocks Zeri and attempts to destroy her ideals, Raimi's Green Goblin style. Hitting her hard with the harsh reality....money makes the world go round and, "friendship" and blind optimism" isnt enough to make progress
There's no way Renata doesn't know Camille; their interactions will be just full of sass.
Her champion page lists Camille as a related champion. So definitely, especially since it's probable Clan Ferros was the clan that did the dirty work of murdering her parents.

After watching her Voice Interactions here are some cool facts!
- She implied that Camille had something to do with her parents death (which makes sense cuz it's not the first time Camille kills people to "keep them in their lane") the only thing is that Camille only does what can benefit her Clan and Hexcores and Chemtech is very different.
- She did have an interaction with Swain! She told him that "she will take over Piltover, not Noxus" which is super exciting and means that they actually know each other!
- Samiras guns are Renatas BY RIGHT (ooooooh....)
- She sees Seraphine as a traitor (probably because she's originally a Zaunite who left to Piltover)
- She really wanted to work with Singed, but that never happened
- She loves the trial testings of her products (yikes)
- She tried to get Ekko's parents work for her, by Ekko won't let them (he's probably onto her shady buisness)
- She blames Janna for not being there for their time of need
- As much as she loves Zaun, she won't hesitate taking it down if it means she could destroy Piltover
And unfortunately she had 0 interactions with Urgot :(
Yeah, in the video she didn't help Urgot, but Samira... I was just so hyper focused on her that I didn't really care much about what she did in the video LMFAO...
EDIT: Will stream her once she goes live, will probably have to wait a bit until I'll get to play her though cuz the hype is too much right now and I don't want to end up in a 12 hour dodge Q 😂🤚🏻

i dont think "remember who helped you in your hour of need" was for urgot. her ability that saved samira from dying to urgot's ult would kill samira 3 seconds after initial death if samira hadnt gotten a takedown. i think she was talking to samira since she had just saved her from urgot.

her w (from what i understand) is that she buffs allies with damage and speed, but if they die they will be revived with full health which will decay over 3 seconds, and finally if the revived ally gets a takedown within those 3 seconds the decay stops otherwise they die

Her ult and gaslike abilities remind me of Viper, her looks remind me of an old Reyna, and her attitude feels like a mix of Reyna and Swain. Really cool character!

With every story i got more and more confused. When is that happening? Her grasp for power in Pilt and zhaun can not be in the time of the arcane story is it after Arcane second season, with warwick, victor etc. at the Level which we knew from the Game? I would not believe that it will be part of arcane 2, because they make everything look like that there will only be a Loreupdate after there done? Or will arcane never become lore is it like wild rift? How old is Jinx yet if she was before the timeskip 10-11 years old. What happend to the medarda clan in noxis? Is this before Swain took over? How old is darius now? Is there a chance that one League Champion dies of getting old? Is there even a constant timeline or are we jumping back and forth?

I thought Zeri visual design was cool. When I saw Renata champion spot light trailer I started updating League Of Legends. The lore alone seems like if they wanted to to focus on new characters in Arcane season 3 they could easily do it. Imagine season 2 ends with Vi becoming a piltolver enforcer, then season 3 goes back in time again and focuses on Renata, Zeri, Mundo, Camille, Urgot and Orianna. Arcane already showed that Noxus has a influence in Piltover and Zaun. Renata link to Samara could be linking together the black rose sub plot that they are basically every where.
I think the thing that was nailed the most was the walk and the fact that she casually whips out a gun. She just needs a taunt where she throws a towel on the ground and says have some dignity.
Figured this was EXACTLY the the way Dinka was going to react when I saw Renata earlier today.
