These movies are definitely fun, but it still doesn’t really feel like “Venom”. The version we got in the Spider-Man 2 game wasn’t even Eddie Brock, and it STILL felt way more like the Venom I know and love!

Did not like the 2nd movie, and considering Sony is coming off of stuff like Morbius and Madame Web, I think i'll be fine skipping out on this in theaters. Especially since these movies should've all been rated R and more darker and serious from the beginning like how the first movie was marketed instead of a buddy-cop comedy concept that they doubled down on in the 2nd movie, and are now tripling down on even harder in this movie. Might watch it when it comes to streaming if my friends convince me to or if I ever feel like it
It sucks when only got a few superheroe movies this yr so a lot a fans will go to theaters because they are craving a good superhero movie. But Sony superhero movie feel rushed creatively like they all got lazy writing it and they gives laskluster films most of the time. Very plot driven and story is more flat which is obvious, predictable. Venom 1 was actually good but then they didn’t have clever or interesting wayenough story for carnage’s intro.

Somehow I believe that if they started with the second act first and then looped back to how the movie began. That would have given me more connection to the final "cameo" appearance when she does come into the scene.. And would have even leveled up the build up eveb more. To start with the thunder scene I mean (no spoilers) Nevertheless it still worked the way it was set up. But to hear that this is trom an unknown director, HATS OFF!! QUITE AMAZING. Well the first one was a good to great movie. They leaned more 90s style, and the effects and how venom looked and moved was comic accurate. But then they dropped off in quality story for the second which they could made great and now..
Okay, this totally feels like they were invited to early screening from Sony and didn't want to say anything bad because they will not be invited one more time to the screenings of any other movie. This black girl is totally trying to butter up sony producers so that she can get invited one more time. Jaby is the only one who is being the most honest in this review of the movie. Acharya is 50% honest and 50% fake. So yeah, you can guess it's just a normal movie. Most of most of all, a below average movie.
All three of us expressed our real feelings. We were invited to a screening but it wasn’t a Sony screening, it was Imax who has nothing to gain from us fluffing the quality of the story.

Straight man and funny man is a reference to a comedy set up. A classic example is Abbot and Costello. Bud Abbott always played the straight man while Lou Costello was always playing the absurd goofy character.

Just letting you know Sony is only making spiderman villian solo films so they can keep the rights to these characters not because they actually care about what fans want that's why we had a Venom trilogy with no spiderman
Who needed a joker solo movie? Who needed a penguin tv show? Who needed a 3 terrible Thor movies? Who needed an Agatha all along tv show?
Well the first one was a good to great movie. They leaned more 90s style, and the effects and how venom looked and moved was comic accurate. But then they dropped off in quality story for the second which they could made great and now..
Okay, this totally feels like they were invited to early screening from Sony and didn't want to say anything bad because they will not be invited one more time to the screenings of any other movie. This black girl is totally trying to butter up sony producers so that she can get invited one more time. Jaby is the only one who is being the most honest in this review of the movie. Acharya is 50% honest and 50% fake. So yeah, you can guess it's just a normal movie. Most of most of all, a below average movie.

All three of us expressed our real feelings. We were invited to a screening but it wasn’t a Sony screening, it was Imax who has nothing to gain from us fluffing the quality of the story.
