First, make proper ditches for the water to run in. Second, break up beaver dams and remove any obstructions that will impede water running. Third, maintain ditches on a regular basis.
Thank you so much for not ruining a good video by adding music! Always the same thing with those dam beavers, ain't it? Anyways... You do a fine job with that machine, Sir. Thanks for taking us along.
I like a little cannibis for this kind of work, esp watching the water flow. Of course not for digging around or under utilities, but for this stuff...yeah boy!
You guys in Hamilton and Wayne counties I'm sure stay plenty busy year round maintaining all those ditches. I always thought it'd be interesting if there was a history book about the clearing of those bottoms.
you are taking all your good topsoil runoffs away from the ditch - BUT also away from your field - piling it on top of the ditch in the brush where it will do absolutely no good......it needs to go back on the field🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hey man! You cheated using that to open the dam! You gotta get you a potato rake and use some muscles! Lollol! Just messing! Lol I found it strange that it took the water that long to get down stream! Almost made me wonder if there was another dam somewhere! And hey! Did they have a partial dam inside the culvert!?
I think the water took so long because the entire ditch needs re dug I went along the entire thing and didn’t see another one. But the stuff in the culvert is from the last one i tore out just loose sticks and debris it will clean its self out next big rain
@@BigCreekFarms oh ok! So you did search the entire ditch! Cool beans! And oh ok! That stuff washed down the ditch into the culvert from your last beaver dam removal! Got cha! Loved the different camera angles! How long you been operating the track hoe!? You're good with it!
Post 10 will be proud of you
I enjoyed the way you followed the water as it moved down stream.
Thanks for watching
Love the multiple camera angles. 👌
Thanks!
Great camera angles I think your my new let’sdig18 channel I like this great job buddy 👍🇬🇧
Was very interesting a big job keeping drainage ditches open.
😆👍 I really enjoyed creative use of camera angles + bucket cam.
Glad you enjoyed thanks for watching
Don't show this to post 10, he'll be in a day to unclog that convert lol 😆 😂 🤣
enjoyed the shovel cam!
Don't beavers just rebuild like overnight?
Not when you dig the dam out that deep lol
Is there any topsoil in that ditch from runoff?
Yes for sure but not much of it would be ours this ditch collects water from hill runoff

Man I sure love watching these videos!

Very happy you enjoyed it
What beaver stand?
So where did the water end up?

Great video. Operating excevators looks fun
It is!
Excellent camera placement sir! Great video!
At 13:00 would that be called a flash trickle?
How deep are you making the ditch?
13:55 When the taco bell hits just right.
Perfect job thanks!!
That is some mighty fine looking soil!!
Cool when the water comes down!
Looks like good black dirt coming out!
We call it blue mud im sure its good stuff but still not nothing like up north
When was the last time you dug that out?
what kind of chew that you chew.
I chew grizzly long cut wintergreen
Same
It looked like the beavers were trying to dam your culvert too. Or perhaps that's just stuff that got caught up on the way downstream.

O for sure it was a different place down there before the d8s came in
Post 10 is tough on you excavator guys but only if the colverts get smashed.
Where is this located?
Southern IL
I enjoy watching beavers getting it

That be great but cant get a dump truck back in here
you will need to remove the beavers, they will not stop rebuilding
I like it very well 👍👍

@@TerrellSpivey I ran a track hoe for 10 years or more but probably don't have 1000 hrs of time in one to be honest
@@BigCreekFarms oh ok! that's what's up!! You're definitely good with one!
@@TerrellSpivey Thanks!!

Sei molto bravo.complimenti.Un saluto dall' ITALIA
I wish that people would work together like the beavers do when building their dams
Mans out here starting his new SMP Server
Here in Brazil they don't put the camera in the shell of the machine haha they seem to be afraid hahahaha
Weeee just a little motion sickness out there on the arm. :-)
Great. Job
think its time to get like a brush hog back in there next to the ditch line.
I hope you realise that Pappa Beaver is not happy with you and that he has taken you off his Christmas present list.
nice job
You know if you would cut the trees down and remove them around the creek those damn beavers wouldn’t be damming it up
Winter is coming, beaver fur coats are helpful.
Mantap pak abu 👍👍👍👍
The go pro on the actual shovel was pure porn
glad you enjoyed it 😂
Oh the horror! Whole families just uprooted, this is insect gentrification . On another note love the videos man
it's not a trackhoe it's a deere, older model excavator
What do ya mean its a 06
Great work!
WOOOOO ROAD WARRIOR!
THUMBS UP 👍....and....SUBSCRIBED🔔...for your EFFORT Sir...👏👏❤️✨..☺️
....And a week later, those industrious little bastards had it dammed up again.... lol
Kind of looks like chocolate brown brownie mix
The beavers will not stand down they will keep fighting the human race
*First remove the beavers then remove the dam,* or it's a waste of time.
[edit]: good video though. God bless.
Thanks for watching
Cheers :-)
Boy you need a .223 rifle soon.
Camera positions are terrible.
Thank you!
Don’t hurt those beavers or they’ll be a lawsuit coming your way
14:10 Interesting.
