Something I love about Pin is how it’s represented in the anime. The person using it mentioned how it’s weak as one but just like the Satellite if they all come together they can rise up. The whole archetypes so symbolic I love it
10:51 I pray he gets some support, or just a Ritual Insect archetype that indirectly supports him I made a custom archetype that I called Infesple a few years ago. (Name is Infest plus Disciple) the idea was a cult of ants worshipping a giant (human skeleton it's just huge to them) they were meant to generically support Ritual monsters, but their Ritual Spell gave protection if it summoned Insect monsters. And the boss would be called like Infestation Manifestation, it would be the colony coming together to mimic the form of the giant
I built Battlewasp or.. should I say.. Bee-Force a while back and have been steadily updating it overtime with some of the most obscure insect support I could find. Never added a single Inzektor so.. there’s that. But golly, finally some new supporting coming. Can’t wait to Rev It Up!
There's a good tech with Imperial Iron Wall that acts as a counter against decks that rely on banishing since it prevents either player from banishing, like Albaz, Kashtira, etc. But basically if you summon Asuna after a battlewasp is destroyed and then it would normally be banished once it leaves, it'll be sent to the graveyard instead. Sure, it's a niche thing I still think it's pretty neat. The Cicadas also help such as Oily and Dream for more tuning material, and I was even crazy enough to add in Ninja Shadow Mosquito and actually got some wins with it.
I love this Battlewasp new supports. I hope Konami could make more Battlewasp supports of Synchro and Fusion Battlewasp, Monsters and tuners, Spell and Traps. So hopefully Konami would make more battlewasp supports in the future, Maybe in 2025. This Battlewasp deck need more new cards to upgrade and become the Ultimate Battlewasp Deck.
Ballista's red coloring, light fuzz, and lack of wings reminds me of a velvet ant which fun fact is a type of wasp. If that's the case, kudos to you Konami!
Kinda annoyed this archetype doesn't have a level 10 synchro, They have so many ways to get to 10 in this deck, Especially since they struggle to get from a level 8 non-tuner to a level 12 synchro since they don't have a level 2 non-tuner or level 4 tuner to bridge the gap.
The way Shinji played the Beeforce Deck in the anime is he went with the banish and graveyard strategies separately. Both were used in separate duels. I imagine there is a way to use both at the same time but would most likely be quite situational.
Transcicada is a good tuner to have in the deck. Speedroid CarTurbo is another great L3 that you can special with like your whole deck. Scary Moth is a funny floodgate that would be awesome to see say NO to the opponent.
Crow didn’t need to be in Arc-V, Shinji could’ve easily filled his role fine enough, but was never utilized to do so. What is it with 22 star synchros? Unless you use level manipulating cards, I think the last two should be level ten.
I'd say Battlewasp is the spiritual successor while RaidRaptor is the reboot. It's funny though. I love both those archetypes but never was a fan of Blackwing.
I honestly kept.forgetting this deck existed which is completely understandable if you ask me because in case you haven't, go check out the effects of battlewasps in the anime because my god they were so boring.
What i personally do every once in a while is equip bio insect armor on twinbow the attacker boosting its attack to 2500, then during main phase 2 tribute it to summon ultimate great insect not the flashiest play but hey,... it came in handy once or twice.
Pin the Bullseye is clearly the MVP of the Archetype. Carrying the deck on his back.
This comment needs to be "pinned"

We have commandeered the skeleton.

okay but using obscure cards in an archtype you find fun is peak YGO

I just realized that Konami had made an indirect (possibly) birds and the bees joke.

The archetype that gives a sting to the opponent's life points. Excellent job, GoldenNovaYugioh. 👍
27:04 - Giant Ballpark can let you get attacks in with Hama and still do the burn if you prefer/need that instead of battle damage
I do wish it could be ran more pure but it seemingly was designed in a way to be ran with the generic insect pile. Especially armament swarm
Welcome to Applebees, would you like apples or bees?
Bees?
Bees it is. *Rapier discard Resonance Insect*
Neither I know you hide the wasps in the back now get me them before I have to take out my pears to fight your apples
Battlewasps: Or the archetype that haunts Nicholas Cage’s dreams.
Also Batman's.

Finally; Synchro Bugs was still Beetrooper adjacent prior to this. Glad to see them finally get a bigger arsenal.

It may be old school but if you’re playing casually, old DNA Surgery x Insect Barrier can really stall out your opponent for a few
Pin the Bulleyes is live, Pin the Bulleyes is love, Pin the Bulleyes is an Elder God.
These are pretty good when mixed with Speedroids 🙌💯
Hunh, I though raidraptor is the Arc V blackwings. On account of the wings and dark coloration
Battlewasps are more similar outside of typing and attribute They're a synchro archetype and have "X the Y" naming formula.
They both are along with the actual Assault Blackwings. Dimension hopping and pushing characters does that.
I'd say Battlewasp is the spiritual successor while RaidRaptor is the reboot.
It's funny though. I love both those archetypes but never was a fan of Blackwing.
My first synchro archetype I got in paper
An insect with less than 1000 attack…
Master duel players be sweating
Pin the Bullseye is perpetually a little guy, and it is always its birthday.
Not the wasps, ahhhhh. 🐝
A deadly wasp weapon.
Wasps my god.
-The Batman
NEVER forget the -200
Not the "Revolution!!!!" guy

You've shown a wrong combo. But whatever. Good vid
Why insects can't have a descent boss monster ? If every effect lock you in insect, at least give then a Baroness level treat.
Wait- 4 hours? not 4 weeks, not months, not years?
holy hell i'm early
Anyone see Sting The Poison or Arbalest The Rapidfire, and think they're Yu-Gi-Oh ripoffs of a Buzz Bombers from Sonic the Hedgehog?
New Earth Blackwing support confirmed… that was the takeaway from this video, right?
It sould be noted that Cicada King is kind of mid...UNTIL you realize you can make it with Astral Kuriboh.
True that helps it overall but it won't make the monster negate it gives any better.
I thought Raid Raptor was the answer to Blackwings, lol
bug pile sweep
