I am paralyzed from the neck down and depend on voice control that is 'totally hands free' to assist in everyday life. Thes devices, although helpful, are still only 'partially hands free'. Features such as DVR, volume, record, and most others require manual pushing of the button. Is there any way I can accomplish all this via one smart IR voice command booster? Thank you.

You have to create a "scene" inside the app to reduce/increase volume and then use that scene to control in Amazon alexa, that way you use voice control through alexa to control volume.

Have you tried shortcuts app for the iPhone , you can do key combinations so if you want to volume up 5 you could tell Siri to open the app and press volume up 5 times . I’m guessing your on an android device ???

I enjoyed your video. Nice try. I have ordered one of those from tuya and I am hoping I will be able to change inputs with it, because I have everything going through a harmon kardon 5.1. Why don't you try "louder"? Maybe that would work.

It's probably a Google thing. Like with the Sonos and the TH-cam volume thing on Chromecast. I don't get why it alone be such an issue to adjust volume
