I m in Vancouver too and use heated seat every its chilly. Gotta say- they get pretty hot ! I ve had 5 4gen Rams. They all cooked my butt on a cold mornings. Gotta see dealer again)

I know I've been promising this video forever, unfortunately the first time I shot it the wind noise was so bad most of the content was unusable. If those are factory mopar mud flaps u need to ck ur paint they will scratch ur paint had the same ones on my truck luckily I caught it before it got to bad just a word to the wise

Which tonneau cover do you have? Which brand is it? It looks slick and nice. I like to put one on my 2014 Ram.
I have a 2017 Laramie, and love it. I do get a faint rattling sound at highway speeds from passenger door. Have you had any experiences with rattles like that? Nice video and truck.
Yeah I have some issues with door panel rattles as well, might dynamat them.
I have 2017 same color w/blk wheels. 2 wheel drive & not a sport. Very nice!

Sick truck bro. What HID kit did you use? Just plug and play right? I’ve been looking around and people keep saying that only kits compatible with the Canbus system will work.

The thing is that those are srt10 replica wheels they dont look the same, plus the originals are lighter they are harder to come by, i was fortunate enough to find mine for 800 bucks in great conditions while ppl were asking 1000 bucks plus for the reps

+Guadalupe Ortiz Trust me I'm not a big fan of them either, but halfway through last winter my rockers were chipping and getting sandblasted from all the rocks/sand on the roads so they're a necessary evil to protect the paint unfortunately.

How did you get ambient lighting in the door handles set up?
If all goes well I will be buying a 2016 Ram sport with the same color as your on Friday. 25k miles on it. Is everything still good with your truck?

It's just black plasti dip and has actually held up a lot better than I expected it to.
was always skeptical of plastidip but yours looks great. i just found a product called AUTODIP and think i'll try that. similar to plastidip with a gloss finish.
Where did you get the HID kit from? Did you or have you had any issues since installing the lights?
Love your truck man have the same just in white what type of hid did u use couse I want to upgrade my low beams and don’t know what type to get
+Ramiro Estrada Thanks man! I'm not sure what HIDs they are as a local shop sells them and re-brands them. I know Xenondepot is supposed to be a good place to get HIDs for our trucks. 2015+ are pretty finicky with what HID kits work and what doesn't.

I’m looking to buy a 2016 Ram Sport, do you know what the towing capacity is??
Not sure about the sport package but my 2014 Ram Outdoorsman package with the hemi and 3.92 rear end is rated to tow 10,300. Tows my 6,000 lb TT like it isn’t even back there. Loving my Ram. Only 62,400 miles on it.
One of the worst thing to do is change the OEM wheels and especaiily the size. Vehicle is tuned for wheel size. I have no use for a sun roof they just piss me off and ge tthe vehicle hot inside in the summer. Stock wheels look much better. I like chrome better.

Those wheels arent even original chrome if you put your hand behind them its like a plastic cover
If you know what you're doing it's easy to program the truck for different wheel sizes and the sunroof has a cover inside. Instead of criticizing other people for what they want in a truck just mind your business
It's all personal taste. I am a chrome rim guy myself but to each his own. This is a sweet looking truck and I will use a few of these mods on my 2016.

Did you just replace the stock mufflers with Magnaflow or also remove the resonators?
+Michael Cox I left the resonators in and just replaced the stock muffler with the Magnaflow.
Got an awful sound going down the road, sounds like a “wooooooorl” going over 40. Anyone experiencing this?

How did you do the Laramie door lighting
It was actually pretty easy. You need the laramie door handle bezels and then you can wire them up individually inside each door. theres instructions how to do it at: www.ramforum.com/threads/laramie-interior-handles.80544/
+604MotoVlogs Do they just plug in or do you have to do some splicing
It depends on how you do it. If you get the code added for the ambient lighting from your dealer, you just pin the plug on each door for the harness, there are some free slots and 2 on each door is for the ambient lighting. If you do it without getting the code added you have to splice into 2 wires in each door which is how I ended up doing it.

It's a little stiffer than stock but not too bad. The truck was stock height in this video and the tire size is 305/40/22. The truck is now lifted and on different wheels and tires and the SRT wheels and tires are for sale.
Thanks. I drove a 4" Rocky Ridge Big Horn today and it was awesome. Can't decide wether to lift it or put it on 22".
