This woman is a genius. This is a tiny house, apartment version. And the design choices she made are just fantastic. The place has every convenience imaginable and it is COMFORTABLE and PRACTICAL. Just brilliant.

I think this is the best one I have seen in a very long time. I recently moved into a very tiny Flat as it's called in VA but, very expensive rent with no utilities included and no laundry in the building. My area is outrageous for rent. I am saving for my own small home by hopefully with a little yard enough room for a small vegetable garden and I'm praying for a small porch. But, seeing this woman's ideas have spurred me on. I have only 3 cabinets in the kitchen, no heat in kitchen or bathroom so have to use space heaters small closets no bathroom vanity. Many ideas I have from this apt. Happy New Year!

I like how she doubted ever feeling like she’s be able to call her place home and how she was stuck on making the greatest use of the space. Then she seemingly relaxed a bit one morning over coffee and ideas started to flow. It’s a comforting reminder that we should take our time and show ourselves grace when trying to put our lives together. Eventually, everything will fall into place. Thank you for the lovely tour and an important life reminder!

She did a beautiful job. It’s so cozy and quaint. I also LOVE that movie board idea. I have been wanting to get rid of my tv for a while but don’t like projectors. I never thought of just using a white board. Genius!

Omg, I'm so impressed by this apartment. After divorce, I moved from a house into a 9qm room in a chared flat, so I know how hard it is, to reduce your stuff and to make it fit into the new, smaller place. Well done, Marion! You're flat looks incredible and sooooo cozy.
I must say that this is the most beautiful 280 sq.ft. apartment that I have ever seen. I loved her organization of books and shelving. She decorated it well and should be a professional decorator! Beautifully and done well. 💯
I love, LOVE your home. You have what you need but since things are put away it's a very peaceful, calm home. Great idea to paint the entry darker and you don't even notice the open storage right above the area.

I could never imagine what 280 sq ft looks like! Everything you need for one person is there. The moody entryway and floor tile hack are my favorite. It shows we could all live with so much less and be perfectly comfortable and happy. Love all she has fit in this tiny space.
I love this so much. I watched it twice as there are so many clever ideas of maximising such a small space. Her colour palette is beautiful. The genius way of creating a moody entrance with paint, to the light filled living space. Brilliant and thoughtful design.

It's sad that people have to live in such cramped conditions but it must be lovely to have a permanent home in Paris.
Everything about this home is so intentional and beautiful - she has half the space I do in my apartment and yet has made it work so comfortably!

This is one of the best ones i have seen in a very long time. Her place looks larger than my apt yet her's is smaller. I have been so very down since i have moved here stemming frim my Mom passing away and having to pack up her house and move out. I got rid of most of my belongings because my Mom left me her living room set and her bedroom ser which are large pieces. My kitchen is tiny with only 3 cabinets. My bathroom is tiny without a vanity under tge sink so I have made my own. My bedroom is tiny. Vert tiny (2) closets and lots under my bed. I still look like a storage unit in my living room and brdroom and i sleep on the couch. I work 10 hour days at my job and i have a bad leg and come home tired. No laundry room in my building. This woman's storage ideas on a budget has given me wonderful ideas. I feel encouraged. I hope she still goes to this site to read new comments. I wish i knew what some of these people do for a career. This woman should be an interior decorator. She is AWESOME and beautiful.

As someone who is a minimalist EXCEPT when it comes to art and books, I LOVED your apartment.
Now this is one of the best interiors I"ve ever seen, and so smart and inspiring! Congrats to the owner for doing something that looks much better than the interior of many bigger apartements that I've seen. And her fear of wether or not she was going to feel at home is something many people have with apartements and houses of all sizes, but she has clearly done a fantastic job with her place.
This is a lovely space she has created for herself, without it feeling cramped and uninviting. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Saving this one! So many creative and cosy ideas. I was thinking that a 520 square foot build was going to be tight. But now really see nothing but potential! LOOK what she gets out of just over half that much. Taking a page from her book.

Thank you! I am a retired American educator. We helped a new school open in Lviv, then spent 6 weeks in Ktakow; we're in Tallinn for a month before heading back to Oregon. My wife and I hope to visit France after the Olympics. We plan to sell our Portland condo, invest in CDs, and then move to France. We will rent so we can travel in Europe. There are several significant advantages to living in France: climate, healthcare, culture, and infrastructure. Thanks again! Dean and Cindy.

Just beautiful! She came up with so many great ideas to make that apt. her home. I like her placement of things even her hidden things. The apt. is bright, airy and clean looking.
It is amazing that the suitcase with the seasonal clothing fists so well under the sofa that it seems unnoticeable. The whole apartment is beautiful and intentional. I am inspired to better use all of my storage space and make it look as lovely as hers.

What a wonderfully livable small space. It even affords a nice division of spaces. I'd love to see what it's like with those living room windows open. It would make the space near the the windows seem almost like a balcony, I think.
