Classic Warlock level 55+ solo Dire Maul North Exp/gold/gear farm

Thanks to Berserk1337 for showing me the first kiting spot!
At level 55 theres several dungeons available to farm your way to 60. Dire Maul North is not necessarily the best one for exp/hour, but BRD not a great farm for gnomes, and farming LBRS gets expensive in noggenfoggers and invis.
Solo farming Dire Maul North, is very easy as the dungeon is filled with kite and reset spots. Adding Guard Mol'dar to the farm can also give you really good upgrades for cloak and wrists.
The best exp gained in this farm is by far from the insect packs, so if you wanna optimize exp/hour i would recommend resetting immediately after the insect pull.
