XLRI HRM waitlist got updated today 272
Considering this year HRM has already moved 152 in the first list. I think its possible to go upto 300

I genuinely needed to hear this. I am the kind of person who always thinks about the worst case scenario, so it doesn't hurt as much if I think positively and things don't go my way. People around me have been very positive from the start that I'll get through XL. But the day the result was out, it took me an hour to prepare myself because the entire month I was seeing rejected letters in my nightmares and I did not want it to come true. I got waitlisted and it was an entire day of just crying but I've come to the realization that timing is different for each individual and I'm just waiting for my turn. Thanks Medha

Hey Medha! I have been waitlisted at 277 after the extended waitlisted for HRM. Are there any chances of conversion? The WL has already cleared upto 152.

I no longer believe in manifestation. XL JSR BM was my best call and I got straight reject even though the interview went well.
