What is the actual no of candidates that are called for XLRI interviews. Is it actually between 2400-2800?
Now that you are about to pass out, could you make a video on the insider things of a bschool which we wouldn't onow otherwise, the myths, placements and reality of a bschool. Also could you share where you got placed and what package ??

I'm one of those students who's very scared due to low percentile. Bcz they published that the average of the cohort 99.1 for Bm and 97.3 for HRM. So got super scared. Do you know GEMs with low percentile in XLRI?

Hey, just a confusion hope you'll clear it out.
You are saying that xat score after the interview call is not a matter of concern and after that you are saying that xat score has the highest weightage in the second stage so a person with 99 percentile will have a big advantage over person with 88 percentile isn't it?
Even though it has the highest weightage but due to all the 9-10 components the % is very low ....so it doesn't matter that much
Hello.....are there any beginner friendly HRM courses that I can do online through Udemy or Coursera since I don't come from a commerce bg?
