You should check out the GTA San Andreas RAINBOWMIZER MOD, it randomizes dialogue, missions, cutscenes, character models, cars, etc.

Still love playing the heists, there's so much comedic entertainment value when you know where to look for it, I don't use the full chaos mod but a filtered one which won't implement instant mission fails, but other than that it's still absolutely hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣
