I would actually prefer a house without a pool. A community pool is more desirable. The headaches and square footage it consumes, makes a pool unattractive to me. I'd rather turn the AC up, than take a dip. Also, most pools are too small to do any real physical swimming. I would much rather have a hot tub. Great video Mike!
