For our Monday Marketplace today, Cheryl is showing her Summer Block Party Throw 2020. This throw was made using two skeins in four different colors of Malabrigo Rios yarn. The yarn shows off the texture making a soft cozy throw. Each block is a different texture and uses half of a skein so it’s easy to choose your color and texture placement. We put together several color options but there are so many other choices for your personal preference. This is made in vertical strips so you just change yarn color and work the next square above it. After your strips are made, you sew the strips together to finish the blanket. There are not many individual squares, making the whole project more enjoyable and less heavy to work on! Start this spring/summer and have a new blanket for the cooler weather.
