Another one I will try. It reminds me of German stolen but without all of the waiting times since I making stole in this week I will also make your bread and have a comparison. I like your recipes I’ve been following you now for about a year give her a cake and they always come out really well and they’re never impossible. Happy new year to you Irish baker and bride and hear adorable family.
Chris, you are a true professional. Not one bit of flour on that black t shirt with no apron on. I made a soda bread yesterday and I looked like Tony Montana from scar face with the white flour all over me 👀
As a new cook/baker I'm forever hearing dont over mix dont overwork dough or ingredients or if it curdles. BUT.....as a total newbie how are we suspposed to know what that even looks like? If things split? curdle? get over worked or mixed. I always wanted to see the results of these mistakes so I know what they look like and how to spot them. Sure, there are some videos on YT that just list and give audio on the common mistakes or top 5 mistakes blah blah but yeah, Might be something for you to show all us newbies *Mmh!* lol.
@@justjacqueline2004 How was the consistency of the dough before you shaped it round. Was it the same as in the video and did you bake it at the right temperature 😊
