Pattern

ch 3, sl st with ch1 to form a ring.
Round1 - ch 3, 3 tr, 3 dc, ch 1, 1 tr, ch 1, 3 tr, 3 dc, ch 3, slip stitch into the ring and finish off.
Weave in loose ends.
