a few tips from my side :
• chain 64, you won't have to cut any then
• when making the petals, after the 10 DCs in the upside down triangles (or Vs), when joining in the right-side-up triangle (or upside down V), use slip stitch instead of single crochet
• if you do this ^ make the first and last of the 10 DCs tighter so they're easier to attach with the slip stitch
• make the middle 8 DCs loose and tall, keep the tension loose and pull the hook up to make tall stitches
• make 12 instead of 10 in the last V (upside down triangle)
• this rose is good enough for sewing on to something flat. if you want to attach it to a stick, add an extra row of just single crochets before the first row in the video. wrap the stick in green yarn, you can also find tutorials for a star shaped sepal on yt

if you don't want to cut the string at the end of the foundation chain(???) chain 66. this will leave you with two on the end in and makes the ends less gappy.
