  • In this video series, Dr. Nevel demonstrates how to treat hand & arm numbness with ulnar nerve gliding exercises in 3 easy, progressive steps. Ulnar nerve glides, also known as ulnar nerve flossing, is a way to release nerves that cause arm and hand pain, numbness and tingling. I want people to know that MD's can be liars and try getting you to do Carpal Tunnel surgery for issues like THIS! I personally experienced such!
I know that I have Spondylolisthesis in my Cervical spine.(Neck). After several years of my whole R hand had experienced paresthesia, or what you're describing in this video and the others re the hand I decided to have an EMG test to see the extent of damage it was causing. This MD was claiming that I had "The WORST case of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome that she'd ever seen. When I explained my medical background, she became extremely defensive, objectionable and darn right NASTY toward me when I informed her that by moving my head & neck a certain way, that it can completely make the numbness and tingling disappear! I really hope people will read my experience and DO SEE A CHIROPRACTOR for a second opinion after being diagnosed by a surgery- hungry MD!!! Blessings to you, good doctor! Thanks for your videos!👍😊❣️

@ 3min "oh, he's messin with me..." inverted spectacle? .. you know as if it's a standard one you do in your stretches. lol You gotta comment on silly factor of that or I feel like you're pranking to make goggles.

Hi Kat! I usually use a combination of stretching, the Graston technique, and laser therapy for trigger thumb. Sometimes patients need an injection and occasionally surgery.

@@DrBrandonNevel Thank you!! My husband has been dealing with it, I guess that's what happens you lift stretchers constantly up and down for a living. 😉 He's trying to avoid getting surgery. Maybe you do a video on Trigger finger.😊

Hi Kat! I trained doctors in Applied Clinical Nutrition for YEARS and have a protocol that almost always CURES Trigger Finger, and reduces or eliminates Nodules on the tendons of the hand! Get back to me and I'll tell you! I'm not sure this nice doctor studies Nutrition! It could be a GREAT adjunct to his great practice!
