Oh so I AM using it right! You just have to pump it 10,000,000,000 times to get any pressure build up.

Thank you! Good to know that same pump can be used for both type of valves. Just bought new cycle for my daughter, old one had different valve.

For future reference the pump handle must be up to pump in air not down

*Nice and easy to fold and unfold. I like the **Latest.Bike** of it components and so far it rides pretty well in pavement-ed trails*

How do you open the handle to a pump? It’s my first time hearing about it. And I’m helping my brother how to do it but I don’t know how since he bought it in big 5 store.

A few years ago I bought the GP96A which is the same pump but with a pressure gauge built in for about 3 dollars more. With the exception of not having a little hose between the pump body and the pump head, it's as good as my Topeak Road Morph G but about 1/3 the price. I do miss the Road Morph's little hose which makes it much easier to work the pump and with less risk of damage to the tube valve, but for a pump that's going to live inside my on-bike tool bag and rarely - if ever - get used, I'm happy with it. In fact, the GP96/GP96A is the best value in portable/frame pumps I've seen. And I wouldn't want to use any portable/frame pump as my main pump; that's what floor pumps are for.
