+1 on the zebra danio! They truly are bulletproof, the offspring that I have that I tank bred are even more so. Such a delightful fish with tons of personality. I started hand feeding mine and it's so fun
I agree with your list other than the neon tetra they are harder to keep alive than discus for me ...they get neon tetra disease from overbreeding..I'd put bronze and albino cory's instead...
I have shitty luck on angelfishes I bought 4 of them this year, i think they’re dwarves, settled them in my planted tank with dwarf rainbows which I bought together with the angels and neons The angels didn’t make it whereas the rainbows flourish in my tank Idk if its the breeders or my tank idk what went wrong but im happy that the rainbows flourish
The Serpea tetra is called the starspot tetra here in Ireland and i've seen them being called the coffee bean tetra too, i have 3 in my community and they are sweet

Neon is quite difficult, I agree. Other fish on the list is spot on.

Easy to keep. Feed them flakes food and they love it
haven't you ever seen a betta? that fish is hard as hell
