You know Amanda was only placating Billy by referring to Brooke as a "valued employee" and "friend" given that Brooke blackmailed Amanda for her promotion, did her job so poorly, and was ultimately fired. Her selfishness to resume business as usual is hilarious!
Brookes character may have been a disaster but her death was one of the most saddest in the show.
I remember watching it and thinking how awful it was 😢
Brooke died tragically last night and now we are all in a staff meeting the very next morning announcing that her funeral is already planned for the very next day.
She was wealthy so yes.
Usually, funerals are planned either the very next day after the autopsy or the week after.
I don’t know why they keep putting special guest star on the opening credits on Heather Locklear when she was a regular on that show?
Because she was paid more by being credited as such.

Amanda might be blunt, but she was serious in her sympathy and condolences. Allison's first remarks to Billy were to point out that the accident wasn't her fault either! Amanda was also being more supportive by actually listening to Billy when he talked about his feelings vs. Alison just using them as an excuse to seem like a nice person and get close to Billy again.

Amanda's bluntness was professionalism used to be. Now being blunt seems to not matter more than empathy.
