You know Amanda was only placating Billy by referring to Brooke as a "valued employee" and "friend" given that Brooke blackmailed Amanda for her promotion, did her job so poorly, and was ultimately fired. Her selfishness to resume business as usual is hilarious!
Brooke died tragically last night and now we are all in a staff meeting the very next morning announcing that her funeral is already planned for the very next day.
She was wealthy so yes.
Usually, funerals are planned either the very next day after the autopsy or the week after.
Brookes character may have been a disaster but her death was one of the most saddest in the show.
I remember watching it and thinking how awful it was 😢

Amanda might be blunt, but she was serious in her sympathy and condolences. Allison's first remarks to Billy were to point out that the accident wasn't her fault either! Amanda was also being more supportive by actually listening to Billy when he talked about his feelings vs. Alison just using them as an excuse to seem like a nice person and get close to Billy again.
Amanda is the WORST in this episode. Unfeeling and uncaring at her best. I love her. lol

This show was absolutely ridiculous. Not when I was 12 years old and eyeballs deep in it, but rewatching it in my 40s is redonkulous. Brooke died yesterday, her husband goes to work the next day and the funeral is the day after. That’s only minor stuff. The storyline about Alison and Billy’s cancelled wedding was absolutely absurd.

Kristin's 1st épisode was 2nd half of season 3 vallée And the winner is....in 1995; her last épisode was this one mid season 4 called Devil on a Wet Dress where she appears as a ghost in 1996 - she was killed at the end of the prior 2 hour episode called No Lifeguard On Duty.
Brooke was hoist by her own petard and paid for the dumb things she did.
