Brooke was actually interesting, & enjoyable to watch when she first came on, but once she set her sights on Billy & her father came on the scene, she devolved into a whiney brat. She had more potential as a GHOST after her death, & it would've been interesting if she had stuck around to haunt Amanda AND Billy for a couple episodes. #MelrosePlace was full of catty bitches...a petty GHOST would've been an interesting development lol!

We can see here how, from the very beginning, Brooke is a troublemaker, though in a subtle way. I always found very intelligent how the series took time to show her real face (i.e., when Amanda sent her flowers), presenting her in the meantime as an ambiguous, vague character, even almost irrelevant...

Well, the corporate ladder has been full of youngins climbing the ranks at a fast pace.
I've seen, known and worked with plenty of twenty-somethings having senior positions in consulting and law firms alike right after graduating or in the midst of their studies.
I was working in a newsroom while getting my Master's degree and then in real estate while getting my MBA and I wasn't interning at the time.
Not that uncommon these days. I'm an office manager now and some of my clients are a few years younger, around 25. And I'm 33 now.
