A minor note or too: If you want to use E to chase someone, cancel it right away to get your speed bonus sooner. Also, you don't do the "Eurostep" where you move perpendicular to an enemy (as if you're trying to get around them) and then send your Q back towards them. I'm not Diamond or GM but it works very well for me especially against players who are trying to bait out the Q before engaging.
good guide but i think you forgot you have keybinded F as D wtf...is the best Sonya spell 50% istant rage and 40% basic damage incoming after a Seismic Slam(W).....

It’s funny because in the pro scene, hogged has almost completely replaced Sonya. I assume that’s because Hogger has a much higher skill ceiling.

second this too. good video on Sonya, never thought of her as a good hero cus I didn't understand how to play her
I'll definitely give that a go. I don't play a lot of blaze in the solo but i know it is very strong

Yeah, kind of it. But Hogger is much harder to play properly than Sonya.

You should try playing her vs actual skilled players. She's not a top tier hero.

May be you just never try to dodge her abilities =) She's very skillshot dependent hero
