- Welcome to my channel, I post a lot of Heroes of the Storm gameplay, but I play many games. Please feel free to request any heroes or builds to me and I will do my best to play it.

Whats also nice about leoric is he has pretty good talent diversity. With 3 distinct playstyles centered on his 13 and 16 picks. Auto attack build gives leoric absolutely brutal melee swings and a very large amount of self sustain that you can optionally stack on top of your q and w sustains. Chunking 5% of someones hp on every swing is absolutely nasty and lets leoric equally delete tanks, squishies, and anyone else who doesnt respect him in a duel. It also means if you miss your drain hope you arent screwed either. The other style features his wraithwalk. Empowering its duration and after finishing hitting heroes with your skeletal swing massively reduces the cooldown but what makes it so good is that any hero leorics wraith form touches gets their damage reduced by 40% for 4 seconds. You will be compromising your own damage output but enemies cant really kite you effectively and you are effectively giving your team 40 armor which is a huge boost to durability. Combined with your swing slow and healing this can let leoric still be quite hard to kill despite having much weaker self sustain. Ossein renewal at level 1 is also a hood choice for a quick on demand healing burst thats roughly the same as drain hope its on a 120 second cooldown but regen globes massively reduce it. Kneel peasents at 4 i also like as it gives leoric much better camp clear which is one of his weaker aspects as a bruiser good on maps with heavy camp presence like blackhearts bay. There are lots of fun things you can do as leoric and he is incredibly useful in many situations both as a laner, a fighter, and as the greatest king in the Nexus.

Best skin is still Janitor skins, with the soap mounts. Then you hearth when you kill their solo laner and it looks like you're mopping up the blood you just spilled. - Purge

the fact that you won that despite the tass and diablo doing some nonsense is an ode to how important it is to make good laning decisions and not pointlessly defend, ensuring you're on the same level even when losing forts

Leo is also my favorite bruiser! Such a cool adaptation from a classic diablo boss. Though I've never quite understood why some people think the viking style skin is better than either the scifi or janitor skin! Oh well.
He truly is what makes this game so special. I love how all the heroes are from blizzard games and they nailed it with Leo. Also all his skins are top notch lets be honest

Absolutely fantastic match and the amount of carrying must have your back still hurting. Surviving that punisher push on core was masterfully done.
Ah a fellow fan of the Leoric Godking skin. That was one of the first skins I bought when I first got him. Mainly cause it was a reference to a boss character in World of Warcraft from a favorite expansion Legion
It was also one of the first skins I bought. I think that's a main reason why I love it so much

33:54 I think the closest non-heroic damage is Xul's level 1 talent:
"When Bone Armor expires, nearby enemy Heroes take damage equal to 12% of their maximum Health."
while it's not 15%, it's 12%, but it's nice because it's AOE damage, this is a good talent to pick vs a beefy front-line for sure!

Man I am glad to see someone making an updated Leoric guide I remember playing way back then when he was considered a tank class back then and this character has come a long way since those days I mean I remember when his auto attack only hit on minion one at a time instead of what he his now again this character has come a long way.
This build is something I would do, but there are some changes I would make depending on some of the team comp. The thing is that Leoric has some good talents for his levels which makes his build different, for example at level 1 I would pick Oseein Renewal, but that is only if my team does not have a healer, and you need a way to heal outside of fights but if you have a healer then you should not really need this talent. Paralyzing Rage is good because you give everyone slow who comes in contact with his Q attack.
Level 7 I also go with Willing Vessel because I want my "ghost hand" to deal more damage to get more hp back. For level 10 now normally I would always pick March of the Black King because no matter what, and this is talking from experience, I feel like unless you are not only good at timing your Entomb but if you have other who are not familiar on how Entomb works or your team comp can't take advantage when your ult goes up then I go with Black King talent but keep in mind of this I have had mix results when playing in quick match so this level to me is sort of a toss up.
For level 13 I normally go with Unyielding Despair because it adds more to your "ghost hand" if you picked the other talent to power up his W attack. The only time I would pick something like Spectral Leech is if I am going to pick Mithril Mace if I want a boost in my basic attack, this can kind of work depending on what hero you are facing and how fast your auto attack is because then onto of having a fast auto attack use your Q with the slow and throw out your W you can put a lot of damage out. Level 16 Crushing Hope again look at what I mentioned Mithril Mace.
Lastly Level 20 for this one if you picked Entomb then I would pick Buried Alive but if you didn't Emtomb at level 10 and went with March of the Black King then the other two talents I would pick is either Burning Despair if you want to get final upgrade to the "ghost hand" or Shroud of the Dead King if you need that extra defense. Now I don't pick Death March is because while it is an add-on to Black of the March King but unless you are good at hitting all the hero's and having the last swing hit to get the Drain Hope effect work well depending on the map and how team fights go you may or may not get that last effect and I think the other 2 talents in this level is are better than the Death March.
This is just me for someone who been a long time player when it comes to this character.

March of the black king is hilarious at lvl 20 when you buff it to add drain hope to everyone. Run that through a moshpit and you do insane damage and are unkillable. Not the best competitively, but fun asf
Love Leo, i rather take globes on 1 and more pve dmv on 4 to be even faster on double soak and defending.
I only take globes at 1 if I plan on going for an E focused build. If I go for anything else I miss the healing from Q.
I think burning despair would have been a better choice here. Legit 1v5 talent that would have crushed their backline. And none of them can escape entomb so no need for silence.
I usually like going for burning despair and I agree that it would have been awesome here. The reason I go for silence is to cancel the Anduin ult that was causing us to lose a few team fights.
Silence Entomb is not about preventing from escape. It's about preventing from using any abilities, both offensive and defensive, which can make all the difference in every teamfight. Musthave talent for Leoric.
I usually play artanis vs solo lane leoric since he can cancel the sucking hand by just using Q away. Yet, leoric can still win the game by landing a few tombs.
Most people don't respect death march, allowing you to 1v5 the entire enemy team.
The drain hope each hit applies benefits from all your talents and stacks with itself.
you wanna talk about march of the black king giving you a second health bar? Death march gives you a third health bar and pops that sweet sweet % drain on everyone.

I noticed that but tbh he lead the final march that won us the game. His plans go beyond our small mortal brains haha

This game is sadly not representative in qm. In qm no one is playing tanks, much less stitches. Leoric suffers a lot in games wuthout tanks
This actually was a game of quickmatch. I can't find storm league games in less than 15 minutes
