Tawanchai understands the values of modern western training methods and the benefits of training smart, but also has that hardcore Thai training regimen in there too. THe best of both worlds, producing an absolute best. Physically, there isn’t another Thai boxer like him.

usually at least 20 mins of warmup adn 20mins of stretching per gym workout. is th erule for everyone one. So i m guessing he spends an hour on strethcing warmup in total
to gain the most benefits of plyometric S&C coach still need to cue a bit more on the box jump fee like Tawanchai is not giving his maximum

I dont think he does this is everyday. Most days normal muay thai training and some days this.
Thais fighters should be careful listening to these guys think they allready have it to a t, thats all they need is stronger back and arms for the punch
