Over A Decade With Runner Ducks And Adding More

It’s always fun to add new members to our flock. Our Akbash/Great Pyrenees dogs get especially excited and attached to them. Here Tacoma (Akbash), David (half Akbash half Great Pyrenees), and their five adult pups, Esther, Goliath, Solomon, Samson, and Ruthie meet our four new Runner Duck ducklings. My daughter and I also talk about life with our runner ducks.

Thanks. We could hardly wait to get that water and food to them. They only traveled two days but still. Their yolk sack and food put in the box help them to travel with nutrition but it's great to see them take those first drinks.

Aww they are super adorable! We have muscovy ducks. They are great for meat but only lay very seasonably. I would like to get another breed more for eggs.

We love our ducks and don't eat meat here. They are all so precious. And they give us eggs.
