Do you clean each stall completely at one time or clean the railings first, then the toilets, then the floor? Which method would you consider batch work or one piece flow?
90% of the room is clean one piece flow. After it's all done we mop the floor everywhere. One of the keys to Lean is to remain flexible. If you become too rigid in its implementation you'll miss opportunities for commonsense efficiency.
I saw about ten or more improvements to be made. :) I do commercial cleaning but I'm not a typical commercial cleaner in mindset or actions. I love lean it's both so empowering and humbling to everybody.
