No but I think that sticky notes makes the notebook/textbook important words quite catchy because of colors. That's why I found them useful. And planner is for those who have many daily goals . I personally don't feel that there is need of any planner when you have set target in your mind.

Hi everyone. I normally don't reply in comments but I needed some help. At the start of every term, I say " This year is so easy! I'll probably get like 97 %". Then, between the year, I'm a little behind on school work but I still manage. Right before the exams I study soo hard, but during exams I lose all interest in studying. How do I fix this? What can stop this cycle? Can someone please guide me?
I also keep discrate always with phone my friend send me message i talk with them for 10 min and then watch phone for 1 hour so i will try to keep away phone
