thank you sooooo much !! you are the only video i could find that shows how to remove the high Beem headlight and thanks for good lighting you are the man after watching your video i had it out in 5 mins
@@motomaniako3895 i changed them and they both blew a couple days later. Turns out its from the battery overheating. Im hearing that its because i need to change me regulator and rectifier-relocating the rectifier. Bro, im like WTF! Please, do you have any input on this????? 🤜🤛👍👍🤙fromSWFlorida
@@ericgarman5992 I’m in Florida also, I had a 06 750, Try relocating the rectifier. You can find the bracket on eBay also search it on YT, saves you from spending 150$ on one. I heard it because of the heat from it being by the headers
@@ericgarman5992 I know it's kinda late to comment, but yeah the placement of the regulators on the 06-07 GSXR 600/750 causes it to overheat and blow. Mine burned up and exploded while I was riding. Not too hard to change, but like @Ukay said, relocate it or it will blow again. Also, no need to touch the stator or else if you don't get the gasket on correctly, it will leak... Speaking firsthand lol as I thought I needed to change that as well.
will similar bulbs fit GSXR 600 K9? If yes can you share which bulbs make/model u using, how did you find them were they good/durable as I see it's been almost 3 years since u posted this video
I rather have the led's then HID's they are just so messy with all the ballast and wires. However I do have one question I don't have the headlight adapter for the low beam does it come with that adapter from the factory.
@@Karim2clean yeah thats my problem I don't have the original when I got the bike it already had an HID kit but I want to take it out and go LED maybe I can just order one online. is it called headlight adapter assy
wahiawabound808 OG I see, I’m not sure what it’s called but you tske a look at the gsxr service manual, it’ll have diagrams with names of the parts. So it’ll help steer you in the right direction!
Watching this dude perform this in 13 minutes still knowing it will take me 2 hours.

I got the same bulb setup it works but the bulb itself doesnt lock into the bikes Headlight assembly
This is not the proper install! The proper retention pins where cut off. That bulb with bounce around in the housing. It's not secured in there...

Yes, they come with the adapter from the factory. Take a look at the original bulb, you'll have to separate it from the bulb.
