That appears to be a 13amp bms. This configuration appears to have battery setup that could burn out bms if you tried powering device that draws more than 13 amps. Using 10 batteries (5+5) while keeping below 13 amps draw would just allow the draw to be longer lasting before need to recharge. (Remember that 18650 batteries can provide a lot of amps and if that is done there will be a lot of heating and chance of catastrophe failure, fire, explosion, etc.)

Each battery is rated 1200mah x 3 3600mah

How to charge battery
Charge with bench power supply set up to 9V and 1A. The charging board will only let max. 8.4 V thru. The 1A will start to decrease as time goes by as the battery start to fill. Board will shut off automatically at around 30mA and 8.4V. You can also use 9V charger or adapter, the highest amps will be stated on it. The board can also be at maximum connected to 12v charger /adapter since the board will only let thru 8.4V. More than 12V's and the Mosfets will start to fry.

You are damaging the battery by putting so much heat (soldering)
The audience should know that you are making a severely damage to your 18650
Man order a mini spot welder
If you r making larger battery then soldering is not professional way I think
You should invest in getting some flux…
