    Been a fan of this system since Tom launched it! He gave a personal demo at TMEA and I’ve stuck with it. Great results with little effort!!!

    Hi Tom, thanks for this series, Ilook forward to the comming videos, especially as I've just started to try moving to double lip so this is very timely!
    Could you say some more about why open tip mouthpieces aren't a good choice for double-lip playing?

    Good explanation! Unclear to me about the actual contour shape - assume given same density and a near perfect flatness on one side of the reed, the thickness from tip towards the table follows some consistent shape in 3 d and is symmetrical about that axes. Are you also saying two types of motion - tip moving up and down and the sides flapping - like the nose and wings of a plane?
