21:15 I noticed that there is no option to change the background color of the table under Visual formatting. Is the color of the table background only limited to Dark mode on and off? (i.e. Dark Blue and White)

Yes, all major Visuals have a common design scheme so that there is a single UI. we took this step to make it easier for analysts to develop dashboards, many of whom do not specialize in UI
