She thinks the defendant was high when she crashed the car. She’s suing for damages. The defendant admits that she is a drug addict and struggles to stay clean, but she was not high when she crashed the car. She’s countersuing for harassment and driving citations.

He asked the plaintiff for a police report saying she was smoking crack in the car and she did not have one. The Plaintiff then handed him text messages with curse words and he makes that all he needs to rule against the defendant that’s being clear, honest and not arguing or interrupting the Plaintiff. He just wants to be a comedian.

If the drug of choice is an opioid and it’s a Caucasian person, he’s much more reserved and understanding to the hardships they’ve had that led them to that specific drug of choice.
