Hello Victor, Yes Laissez-faire style would work in delegating work. For example Steve Jobs used to come up with a vision (as he was not an engineer) and delegate it to his teams and force them to figure it out. Although Steve Jobs used different types of leadership, he would Laissez-faire with his "Next" engineering team. Hope this helps
