A little tip get a small bowl of warm water an add a drop of soap then soak your fingernails for a few minutes then start the cuticle cutting. It helps to soften and prep them for easy removal and nail clips for cuticles are way easier then the tool you're using and painless. Love your nails though they look mad healthy.

I honestly have no idea! They weren’t growing for min! Now they’re back at it! I haven’t taken any vitamins or anything 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hey Nina. I tried grassfed ground beef for the first time about a year ago and haven't gone back to regular ground beef every since. It's expensive but worth it.
