- Many songs from the Tamil Films have been ignored periodically for reasons best known to no one. Especially, never or rarely attempted in any reality shows, stage shows or competitions. When the nation is on a Quarantine, Subhasree Thanikachalam launches this new series.This series will feature a set of some classic songs that are rarely heard, rarely performed, mainly between the period 1945 - 1992, and she will also try and give some trivia for the songs.The songs will all be performed by young singers who came out of her shows, which mainly focused on old songs. Re programmed and arranged by musicians.

First my heartfelt thanks to Shyam and Selva for the memories of Mangalamurthy sir and Nanjappa sir. Cannot forget Mangalamurthy sir for many songs especially Athan ennathan. This song also talks about the nativity of Sarojadevi madam and Puratchi thalaivar. This also brings back the memories of Ben Surendar and K. J. Joy the other accomplished accordionists who have worked with MSV sir. Thank you once again for the nostalgic memories making me feel young even at 75. God bless QFR team as always. It is the yesteryears songs that is presented in a unique way in their own voice without disturbing the quality of the song that makes it outstanding. 💐💐💐🙏🙏🙏
