- Observers have the mandate of the Constitution to reel out their observations from the electoral exercise. Anybody that suggests otherwise should base his or her claim on the relevant section of the constitution. Observers have done nothing wrong in issuing a post mortem report of the exercise

Nigerian government needs to contract the election process to foreign elections experts. The government should employ foreign judges to rehabilitate the judicial system. The government should employ experienced foreign retired FBI to head the Police, Customs and the Air Force. Nigerian need foreign experts in various fields to neutralise the threat of bad governance.

Rufai is quite unusual. The collation officer should invalidate such results. What is the role of party agents in such polling units? Furthermore, the percentage of such infractions will determine the election's credibility.

It is wrong for the president who a politician to nominate INEC chair and the commissioners. The State Governor another politician should never have a control on State INEC. The current INEC is filled with politicians that Buhari nominated and confirmed by the ex-senate president Ahmad Lawan.
