Wike is not the problem but Fubara who failed to appeal the judgement delivered by justice Omotosho.Mark it,that election will not hold until the matter in court is settled.Otherwise,it shall be nullified by the same court you disobey their order.Then where will u go from there

Supreme court and lower court which one is supreme?

Supreme Court said there must be a democratically elected local government administration.
The lower Court never said there shouldn't be an election.
Some Aggrieved politicians went to Court to get interpretation concerning some vital issues regarding the proposed Oct 5th election, how does that challenge the Supreme Court Order?
So because Supreme Court says hold local Government election, does it mean it should be held without due process or Aggrieved persons should not seek redress in Court?
