    I always use 10 to 15 sometimes 20 for high rep laterals and its worked great for me. I see a lot of young guys try 25 35 and more with horrible form for months and have no growth at all. Manageable weight with strict form will always deliver better results over heavy unmanageable weight with shit form. This goes for everything not just shoulders.

    • @its2467
      @its2467 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Akuma4u I agreeeeee man. When I was younger I fell into that trap. Recently got back into the gym for the past 7 months at 23 and have been using this philosophy exactly. I am now in the best shape of my life, no where near where I want to be though. FORM IS EVERYTHING ! :D

    The partials technique from John Meadows is no joke. It works and definitely will fry the muscle you are training

    • @muscleandstrength

      Yep! Fouad works with Meadows - two of the best imo. We got some Meadows content coming up real soon. Stay tuned!

    Hard core, Hoss man. I think military press behind the neck is more of a detriment to your cervical spine, not so much rotator cuff. Although, if you ain't injured.... keep your foot on the gas baby💪

    The partial reps reminds me how Tom Platz train people's legs...When they are basically dead he yells now partial reps and then when they are really dead he yells baby reps now. For established bodybuilders they do need many ways to overload.

    People say steroids as if you just swallow a pill or inject and you will end up like him without knowledge and hardwork. It's the person, their desire, and work ethic. I know people who inject and look like shit because they are afraid of a lil pain.

    • @Sharuyanthe
      @Sharuyanthe 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Steroids has it's cycle within time and most bodybuilders that take it don't just get results in months, like he said in the video everyday habits and consistency is what preserves greater size and strength. A lot of Fitness TH-camrs BS that you can build muscle faster in a day just for their promotion.

      The pros would still be pros even if steroids weren't around. They have the genetics and the work ethic/discipline to succeed. It's not all "juice" you moron. By the way, PED's are in EVERY sport, not just bodybuilding. Get a clue.

    Actually it's not what it takes. Working out every day will only leave to overtraining and injury! Even on steroids you can't work every day for extended period of time.
