That is actually surprising, I thought I would have to spend thousands for this. People won't understand fine dining until they have actually tried them. Never have I ever regretted spending money for fine dining, all about the experience
ok I believe this is amazing for sure, but its so sad that some people give a lot of money to eat these dishes and some other they don't have anything to eat or they don't have clear water to drink...
Well, yes, you can argue that. But that goes for pretty much all consumption in the Western world, right? Isn't it worse with a billionaire who buys a yacht or a house that costs more than what small villages earn their entire life? At least, the chefs here are paid so they can feed their family, the farmers are paid so they can feed their family, and so forth ... Besides, check out all the great work chef Massimo Bottura has done to feed the poor!
Bottura has started many projects to feed the poor in Italy and in the world, cooks nowadays don't only think in their clients and themselves but need to have a consciousness for the worlds itself
It’s honestly better to pay more for quality food, or at least food that is produced in such a way that it supports the environment and the farmers, than shitty-quality cheap fast food. Organic food or fair trade food is more expensive than normal food. But most people don’t want to spend more money on such. It’s the same with clothes. Cheap clothes come from cheap labour. Clothes that are produced in a good way are way more expensive.

Would really love to see the description of the taste, and your personal opinion like 0-10 how would you rate it. Maybe writing it down after each bite to remember for later. Just an idea. other than that thank you for sharing this knowledge with me though I have no idea what I'm looking at tastes like xD
Thanks for the input! This video is five years old. If you look at our newer videos, we have text overlay for each dish. As for the review of the meal, we do that on our blog in written form. :)
I bet each plate costs at least 150 usd
You lost the bet. Now you owe me 150 usd
How much cost this tasting menu with 15 dishes? Per person i mean ( without wine )
Thanks.
Hi. The full meal (food) costs euro 250 or 300 US dollars per person.
That is actually surprising, I thought I would have to spend thousands for this. People won't understand fine dining until they have actually tried them. Never have I ever regretted spending money for fine dining, all about the experience
Thousand? You are eating 15 dishes, not buyng a car...
Beautiful video
Thanks!
sensual love making
That's Gaggan.
How many courses was that?
Can't remember. 20+?
La cosa curiosa è che questo ristorante è in un posto del cazzo come Modena!
Sì certo!
È proprio per questo che l'osteria Francescana è la migliore al mondo.
Perché è a Modena
ragazzi ma siete mai stati a Modena? A parte le zanzare cosa c'è?
AHAH
kowalski2015 AHAHAH
Nice. Real nice. High class.
I'd love to have a piece of that ashy plastic bag .
Would fit your conehead avatar well.

@@andersandkaitlin Very cool video by the way!!
@@Bluejeanne1 awesome!
@@Bluejeanne1 Thanks a lot
ok I believe this is amazing for sure, but its so sad that some people give a lot of money to eat these dishes and some other they don't have anything to eat or they don't have clear water to drink...
Works with everything. Like Internet. You are able to post a comment while some dont have it 😉
as a cooking enthusiast, i totally agree with you Andres
Bottura has started many projects to feed the poor in Italy and in the world, cooks nowadays don't only think in their clients and themselves but need to have a consciousness for the worlds itself
It’s honestly better to pay more for quality food, or at least food that is produced in such a way that it supports the environment and the farmers, than shitty-quality cheap fast food. Organic food or fair trade food is more expensive than normal food. But most people don’t want to spend more money on such.
It’s the same with clothes. Cheap clothes come from cheap labour. Clothes that are produced in a good way are way more expensive.
What's the name of the music piece ?
Abe Montes it’s from Epidemic Sound so not available anywhere else, sorry.
J.S.Bach orchestral suite no.(I think) 3
Wow, that seems spot on!
Le lasagne al ragù di mia madre sono molto meglio di tutto ciò.
Ti credo!
sono una cosa diversa, sempre cibo, ma appagano in modo diverso
Do you prefer this restaurant or cellar de la con Roca in Spain?
Personally, this, but I have only been once to each place and I would love to go back to both.
What the music in this video? Author please.
Sorry, the music is from the creator library Epidemic Sound, so a lot of it is not publically available.
Just once in my life I would love to have this experience… but I know that is not possible
I hope you will!
Magnifico e unico. Non per tutti.
Il tuo commento mi rende felice!
My god... lovely... stinning... amazing...
Happy you liked it!
That was magnificent
Sure was! :D
What was the Guinea fowl stuffed with?
As far as I remember, it was not stuffed, but my memory fails me on the details of this dish.
Hey im absolutely in love with your videos and your cinematography. Im really curious of your job and how you got so much money to travel and eat around the world hahaha
Thanks for the nice words! We have both worked as freelance food bloggers for 10 years, so there's a lot of different ways we make our living. Not something you get rich from, though. :)
how much could cost all this ?
The food was €290 per person.
