Working on canning things but don’t have a pressure cooker so I have done pickles and jelly so far :) enjoying this! Thanks from Louisiana! ~Dani

      Thanks y'all it is so easy. The Contender Bean are our new favorite. We now have 75 pints canned and have eat several batches. Josie's sister is moving here from Arizona and we are planning on giving her some to help her out. She is big into canning also but tried to use up what she had for the move. Anyway thank you for dropping in and I sure hope you get your American. It has been a blessing and uses less time and energy. Thanks again and many blessings your way! Jim and Josie

    What were your lids in before you put them in with your magnet?

    • @OzarkMountainGoats
      @OzarkMountainGoats  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Prosperous Hills Farm - I just had them in water. I am old school and I still put my lids in a little sauce pan of water and bring it to a simmer. All the experts say that’s not necessary these days and they can go on the jars as long as they’re washed without having to be heated up. I still like to do it though. 😊
