I see several red flags. Forks are not opened wide enough. When the stack was leaning to the right, he then reverses to the right, "unbelievable". Smart thing to do is, Once the stack started to lean, immediately aborted the mission and bring the load down. Good Forklift operators dont take risks. You only make things worse when you take risks.

And this my friends is why I’m having doubts as becoming a driver. Everyone sayin get the top one but it seems like he wasn’t really focused. My worry is cutting corners and dropping product
besides taking the top one off first, if he wanted to take all 3 at once, he shoulda just widened the forks bc they were way too close together and then he coulda adjusted them to where it was more balanced and it wouldve came off all at once with no problem

Why if a load is tilted like that you always start from the top down stack them and then re stack them.
